I rated it Excellent (instead of Good) because of the sale & matched price for this oven. The stainless steel surface looks modern and the electronics are simple to use. The only thing I don't get used to is the fan, it is a tad noisy while running. The Bestbuy installation was well worth the extra cost and they hauled away the old unit.

I love my new oven but next time I'll know to hire my own installers because best buy installers are terrible. They outsourced it and these kids had no idea what to do...I pretty much installed it myself lol...I felt bad for them, but I don't want anyone else to have to suffer through what I did...if you do have them install it good luck lol

We were replacing a similar wall mount unit and this product fit the bill perfectly. The ordering process was simple and installation great.

replacement for mtn cabin. looks good and easy to set up; a real DIY. not a big fan of the light-comes on slowly after opening the door and dims after closing; guess I'm old school and expect instant light when opening. happy so far...1 use. Shawn was/is a great salesman to deal with-used him for years. hunt him up and tell him jack sent you!

Oven works really well. The only problem is that it takes a while to preheat.

I went from a gas oven to this electric and like the fact that it bakes evenly. However, it does take longer to preheat compared to my previous gas oven.

Wall oven is simple and easy to operate. Installation was a breeze. Glad I bought it.

Looks great in my kitchen and is very quiet! Heats up quickly and has all the options I need!
