Big improvement over builder (Lennar Homes) supplied appliances. Original microwave failed as soon as warranty expired. The oven wasn't so hot either - pun intended. Also love the swing open door on microwave. No more straining to lift over the drop-down type with the door at chest level, which is fine if your 7 feet tall!

The oven door grinds on the frame in one corner when you open and close it. Installer says there is no adjustment on door to fix it

Fails completely within months

Failed within 4 months. Completely dead after using microwave for like the third time. Complete crash. Now waiting over a week for service technician with no oven
