Words can't describe the frustration regarding this hood that has yet to be rectified. 1. We ordered the hood MONTHS ago 2. It got installed with a DENT 3. Someone came back (was HOURS late for the appointment after I took the morning off work) only to notice the hood was the wrong size AND our cabinets were scratched by the last install 4. A new hood with ANOTHER DENT comes 5. All hoods are out of stock 6. Received random phone calls saying we have install services that don't exist and have to call back and forth 7. Can't figure out with insurance next steps for the cabinets 8. Randomly get cancellation on the back order 9. HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE STATUS IS OF THIS 10. Will have to go back to the store about 5 months later after trying to get the initial one to figure it all out. This has been extremely annoying with little to no communication on what actually to do - they have offered $50 off to keep the damaged hood (no thanks) or have offered different hoods that won't fit in the space.

There is paint on the threads needed to put the upper and lower brackets together. While tightening the nuts the welded on screw broke the weld at two locations and broke the screw completely at the other two locations. Fridgedaire needs to mask the threads during the painting process to stop this issue from occurring. There is a black plastic trim piece around the hood that came off easily. It leaves a gap on the left side of the hood of about 4mm. I am living with it because it is difficult to see. It has much more fan power than I expected. At the highest setting it could clear out a kitchen at McDonalds! Looks great once assembled. It is difficult beyond the previously mentioned issues. Get help. It's very heavy. Overall a good purchase.

Buttons are cheap. LED lights are bright & hot. The manual doesn't show how to replace the bulbs (only shows incandescent bulb replacement). I contacted Frigidaire but they couldn't tell me what to do and only filed a complaint about the manual. Not sure if bulb screws in or snaps in.

I bought this range hood specifically because of its sleek design. It is absolutely beautiful in my newly remodeled kitchen. I especially love that I could install it and not have to vent it through the roof of the house (used the convertible feature that recycles the air).

I really like the look of the Range Hood. The lights are very bright, but that it a plus for me. The buttons push very positively. The fan is a little bit noisy, and sometimes I wish that we had a different switch to turn each part on/off, but my husband thinks that these switches will last longer. I am happy to have purchased this item.

This fan works very well for our condo renovations. The beautiful curved glass and stainless complements our gorgeous contemporary kitchen. It works very well and the lights are perfect for cooking area.

We bought this hood for a rental property I was impressed with the quality. It looks nice and was easy to install. Had very bright lights.

The range hood itself is nice and works great but arrives with a huge dent in the middle of the front of it. Still waiting for this issue to be resolved.

For the price we paid we expected a better quality! The fan and light buttons feel cheap and flimsy. They’re loud when you turn them off and seems like they’ll break. The finish on the exposed part of the upper side of the vent is odd and leaves streaks after trying to clean what felt like an oily film or grease after installation. Both halogen lights have gone out already after only 8 months after installation…expected them to last longer! Additionally, removing these light is not an easy task! Very disappointed and would not recommend!!!

We ordered the 30 inch and it was changed to a 36 inch due to a computer glitch. And, yeah, the 36 inch doesn't fit. Returned it and when they reordered it we almost got another 36 inch. Also, the box does not say Frigidare... just says Made in China...
