nice clean looking disappointed it had no hose oncluded.its seems very nice and quiet .the one I got from sams sounded like a rattle trap..they missed diliverty so it was brought right to my door.overall a good experience

I purchased this needing something that would remove a lot of moisture out of the air. Water had gotten into my slab duct work. This compact quiet device saved the day!! I was dumping the container 3 times a day in the beginning. Love it!!!!

I needed a dehumidifier for an unfinished basement and purchased this product from my Best Buy store. This product is very effective at collecting excess moisture from any room. I was amazed at how fast the collection bin filled with water!

It works great and you just need to hook it up to a drain hose.

Purchased this because I have a moisture problem in my apartment. Have only had for approximately 3 weeks, it definitely does its job. Is a little loud when it kicks on in the middle of the night and seems to have a vibrating noise on a lower fan speed.

Good and reliable. Has autoshut off function and also can attach a drain if need be for continous drain.

Works Well and is quiet. Runs at low temp also. Able to drain with a garden hose as well.

I live on the golf coast of Texas. When extremely humid . It fills the tank in 6 hours !!! Keeps my apartment very very pleasant This is the only dehumidifier I have ever owned and I would highly recommend it Owner for 2 months

Researched a few dehumidifiers and this one was by far the best. It's pretty quiet compared to others. The one thing i wish could be different is the air intake is on the back of the machine so it can't be up against the wall.

My first one failed shutting off. Since I didn't check it for quite a while, I had a flood in the basement and had a lot of cleaning/throwing out to do. Got it replaced and am using a hose instead of emptying the tray daily. Works fine this way.

We bought to replace an older model we thought wasn't working. Turns out it was the amount of rain this spring; but the new unit outperforms the older unit. So we let them both run as needed and are very happy.

Does exactly what its suppose to do. Basement does not have that moisture/ mildew smell any longer.
