It could've been 5 stars but...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I made my selection for which air conditioner I wanted, I noticed some boxes were damaged so of course I moved them out of the way and I chose one with no visible damage to the carton thinking I was going to be safe. I got the air conditioner in a cab and after getting home and taking the unit out of the carton, I realized that the edge of the unit was dented. I notified the store and was told that I need to take a picture of the damage and bring it in with the receipt. I have stage 4 prostate cancer and can't get around very well and have yet to be able to get to the store. I certainly couldn't bring the unit back because the additional cost of another cab going and coming would be too expensive. (This link also will not let me upload the pics I took). This is not the kind of experience I am used to from BestBuy and quite frankly, I am very disappointed since I usually rave about your products and service.
