This unit keeps my room cold enough to where I need to constantly turn it down, and is very energy efficient.

Kinda noisy and extremely heavy. I could not get it in the window myself. Other than that.. Serves it's purpose.

The unit is easy to install and the cool air output is quite strong and cold. For the price it is a very good value.

We are pleased with this AC. The only minor issue we have is the defectors used to direct the air into the room are a bit odd. They allow air to go in one direction but because of their design air still goes in other directions too. An issue when you are trying to avoid the blowing to a certain area. This AC works get at cooling quickly with lots of nice features that allow for adjustments to fan, electricity savings, and remote sensing. Overall very pleased with this unit.

This a.c. is super!It does a great job cutting through this heat&the remote is handy.Also is fairly quiet.

The on high the fan is a little loud, but sitting in a cool room is worth it. At night I'm actually cold!

I don't like air conditioning, especially the window installation version. Many summers in Boston, you don't feel like you need one; this summer I relented late July, did get a few days of relief from unusually high temps. Still, wish I hadn't caved. This unit will give your exactly what you expect, so I don't have anything negative to say. I'm just pretty sure we'd all be better off if we didn't have to buy one of these for just a few days of mild discomfort.

This air conditioner has the ability to cool 3 large rooms and enough features to be able to program it just the way you want. My only criticism is the ease of mounting in a typical double-hung window opening. The unit is rather bulky and the screw locations in the unit and side panels don't line up with my window. Otherwise this is a nice unit that gets the job done.

Makes my entire apt cold in 5-10minutes great ac but it is kinda loud that's it's only flaw other then that a++

This unit works great. We put it in an upstairs room that is quite large. Cools well for how big the room is.

I have an open concept communal area which is around 300 sq feet. And this air conditioner cools the whole area in around 5 min. The noise generated is comparable to other air conditioners not too loud but also not extremely quiet. I would recommend this product to buyers that need an air conditioner for larger rooms not for smaller bedroom or other smaller rooms.

This reasonably priced A/C does the job better than I expected. Love the full control of the remote.

Cools my large living room using the low setting. Energy saver keeps the room cool without unnecessary use.

This is one of the BEST window unit's i have had in a long time. This unit has an actual IONIZER built into it (outstanding ) and many other features not found on most other units of this capacity. I do believe this is under rated by Frigidaireas too it kick out the cold hard and fast if needed. very well made for the size/ capabilities it has. If you are considering this i do recommend the unit with the clean air option as it does work very well.

Air conditioner works great. We have a medium sized bedroom and it keeps us cool all day and night

This is a window air conditioner, and it works as expected. I know many people are interested in quiet, low noise window air conditioners. Let's face reality, if you expect to cool an area, the air has to move, and this is done with a fan. The fan makes noise, that's what fans do. The refrigeration noise is unnoticeable. When installed correctly there will be no vibration noise. Someday...central air, until then, this is fine.

This air conditioner works very well. Although, the first one I purchased didn't. I guess it was a bad unit. I exchanged it with no problem Best Buy has great customer service. Thank god for being an elite member I had a 30 day return policy. The first unit went bad within 2 weeks. The unit would not turn off with the remote nor the control panel on the front. The second unit we got works very well and so far no problem keeps the room cold.

Used in combination with a ceiling fan to stir the air and in efficiency mode it runs but a few times an hour even on a 95deg day and keeps our living room cool. Great unit and the efficiency mode works excellent to save money running it. If possible combine the use of it with a ceiling fan and you will be comfortable all summer long. Great extra foam pieces to help insulate around the window you decide to install it in.

Chills my living room 15x25 easily. Eco mode is fantastic also
