This humidifier did an excellent job bringing the humidity down in our house after we had a severe condensation problem. It was easy to work with too.

Hoping this lasts longer than the piece of junk GE dehumidifier that failed in less than 3 years. So far working well & keeping my very humid basement fresh.

We had an old model dehumidifier that finally stopped working. After much research, found this model to be highly recommended. Vast improvement over what we had. Does not heat up the air as much. Easier to hook up an external hose for drainage. And it is much easier to pick up and move around.

This unit does great removing the moisture from our basement/garage. I noticed the air was more breathable and the musty smell went away. I don't hear it when we are upstairs.

I love it. It is quite. I use a garden hose attached to the dehumidifier that runs to a floor drain so I don't have to worry about the water bucket filling up and it can run any time it needs to. Best Buy had the best price at the time. I bought it on-line and picked it up at the store.

Wonderful air conditioner! Decided to try this as opposed to lifting my window air conditioner into the window opening, taking out the screen, worrying about how many bugs were going to take up residence in my living room and the general pain in the neck of it all. I can roll it wherever I want and I don't have to take out the screen. Only down side; as someone else said the hose is a bit short. Another 2 feet/24 inches would be great. Cools the room down quickly and quietly!!

Works great! I like how I can just plug it in and set the humidity at what I want and then it will just kick on and off automatically how to pull the moisture out of the air when needed.

I love the look and that it was pretty quiet. Did a really good job removing the humidity in my basement UNTIL it stopped working on after 15 months! Very disappointing and out of warranty. Thank god I purchased the extended warranty. Best Buy was very good about refunding my money and applying it to a new dehumidifier purchase. BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY! I’ve had several units (different brands) with similar results and poor reliability.

We've only had the humidifier for about a month, but so far it's lived up to its billing. It's easy to set up (including setting up a drain hose instead of using the bucket), so far easy to maintain, quiet, and it's definitely keeping our basement dry! I've got it set at 55% humidity, and I was just downstairs & the humidistat read 50%. Since we've had such a wet spring (we bought it after the last round of rainstorms left little streams running from the foundation across the basement floor), I'm definitely a happy camper. Now we'll just see how long it lasts...

Works very well. Lowered out humidity from the 60s down to the low 40s. Easy to empty if you don't have a drain. Thinking of buying another for the living room.

This dehumidifier is really quiet & easy to use. I like having the cover over the water bucket so when I take it out to empty it, it doesn't spill.

I researched reveiws high and low and Frigidaire was the winner by far! Other major stores selling unknown name brands for more. For reliability, price & performance, Frigidaire wins! I added a best buy protection plan which umbrellas me for 4 years...now i have piece of mind!

I bought this to replace my 6 yr old Frigidaire unit. It was super easy to set up and is extremely quiet. I have it in our basement and seems to be working great!

I had this for almost a month now and works great for the value. It ran smooth, not too much noise and it does the job well. I am happy with my purchase so far.

The dehumidifier works great. Easy to use control panel and easy removal of water collection bucket when full. You have the option of connecting a hose so you don't have to bother with emptying the bucket. Light on front of unit clearly indicates when you have to empty.

The unit is very compact. Fits perfectly in the location in our home. It performs exactly as noted. Easy to use and operate.
