This one works perfectly!! Turns on when it's needed and off when not. You set your number and it does it's job. Unlike many others I have had that tended to ice up alot and run constantly this one is PERFECT!! Best investment ever!! I can't wait to see my electric bill to see the savings!!

This unit deserves the good reviews I came across. Design, instructions, handling are simple. Being used 12-14 hrs daily, it extracts 70 pints every 24-36 hrs (high fan/low fan) to keep the large (usual 65-70% humidity) basement at 45-50%.

Bought this after our basement flooded to help remove the humidity and was hopeful it would be quieter than the one I owned. It did not disappoint. I like that you can set the humidity level and it maintains it. Also easy to hookup the drain hose compared to my original one.

I had this identical unit for 3 years until it was recalled. I was so happy with the unit that I decided to order it again. The recent models are not part of the recall. It tells me when to clean the filter and shuts off when the desired humidity level has been reached. Very happy with the product as well as the price.

This is one strong de-humidifier. I live in Florida and this thing was perfecft for the house. No more musty stink in the house no more mold in the house no more stinky clothes this machine is awesome and will make you life that much easier to live - it has for me and my family. We had the same unit for years, and after daily use in our finished basement, it stopped sucking in the water out of the air, so it was time to upgrade. This has been working great so far, and I expect it to for the same amount of time. Fantastic Product at a fantastic price,

We keep this running constantly in the basement and the whole house feels better. The clean filter light comes on a lot but the filter is always in good shape and cleans quickly. It’s really quiet in the basement but would be noticeable in a room.

Love this product. It works great and very quiet. Put it in the basement and it pump a bucket full of water over night.

Replaced our 30 pint unit with a 70 pint dehumidifier. Working well. No issues,

I bought this unit for the locker room in a health club, where the humidity is generated by both a shower area and a steam room. The relative humidity had been rising to over 70 %, potentially leading to rust and mildew. A quick calculation indicated that a 50 pint unit should remove enough moisture, but I bought the 70 pint unit to have some reserve capacity. It has worked admirably. At first, it was running most of the time, as evidenced by the flow of water through the clear plastic drain tubing. (Alert: be careful to attach the drain hose correctly and position the hose so it is always draining downward to the drain.) It has now settled to operating at time of high shower use. The noise level is lower than expected, and it doesn't generate enough heat to raise the locker room temperature. It's been in use for only a month, so I can't give it a five star rating yet, but will update in a year or so.

i am using this in a 1300sqft unfinished basement. definitely doing it's job since i was emptying the bucket everyday. i now have a hose connected to the back and continuously draining. i suggest this if you have the option. hose connection is on back & super easy to connect to. i cut the unit off for a few hours the other day to move some things around and definitely noticed a huge difference when it was not running. setup, instructions, cleaning, etc. are all super easy to understand.

Works great, much better than the GE Appliance unit that it replaced. I initially ran it using the bucket, but tgat has to be drained all the time. I now have it hooked up to a hose and it drains directly into the basement sump. Definayely recinnend!

This is my third Frigidaire dehumidifier they work great that's why I keep buying them they are always trouble free

I bought an open box in excellent condition. Easy operation and it does the job it's supposed to. Will be buying another one! Only thing I wish it had was a hose to drain to the sink. Other than that this is perfect. Make sure to get the extended warranty!

I've had this unit about a month at my weekend home on the river. Gets quite humid inside being so close to the water. Hooked up a hose to back have it draining down my washer drain. No more musty or humid home. Humidity stays at 50% which is better than 75. Love it wish I would have gotten one years ago!!!!

This dehumidifier runs quiet, gets the job done. I have not had any problems with it. Glad I purchased it.

I had an old dehumidifier that I purchased about 20 years ago. I was a little surprised to see that the prices went up. But I am presently surprised! The new one is so much quieter and very efficient. I would highly recommend this!
