It's been 3 yrs now and I got to tell u this is one bad air conditioner. It spits out cold air like u wouldn't believe. The app never worked quite well enough to be handy but it came with a remote that works just fine. I love my little air conditioner.

Cools our 15X20 bedroom down in about 20 minutes, and the remote is wonderful when your too lazy to get up. The turn it on by cell phone is terrible, never did work, but didn't expect it too after reading the reviews All in all this is a great a/c unit for a room, you won't be sorry.

This AC cooling was good. But it made lot of noise. I didn't try wifi connection feature as I used remote to control the settings. If noise was less, product would have been good.

Very good and cold for a large den. Nice remote too. Poor vent directional control. You can move the adjustment all around but it still blows out in the same direction. Overall worth the sale price for sure.

Installed it with no problem. Got it hooked up to the wifi with no problem. The app works great and makes it easy to schedule on/off, temp, etc. My problem is that after about 4 weeks, i started noticing a rust color appearing inside the unit, and also staining the white trim around the outside of my window. I have no idea what was causing this. Over the course of the summer, the rust stains got worse. This makes me worry that the unit will only last a few seasons.

It does a good job cooling but I am very surprised at how loud it is. If we hadn't gone to all of the trouble of installing it, we would have returned it. Speaking of trouble, the first one arrived looking like the box was tossed down the stairs. We probably should have refused delivery but it was so hot out! The unit inside was badly beaten. Best Buy was helpful in replacing it promptly. The second unit arrived with a slightly mangled metal bar required for mounting. Again, we were in a heat wave so we managed to pound it back into useable shape. I will never order from Best Buy online again.

Great price and a great product! I put it in my window the first day and it keeps my trailer nice and cool! I live in the Arizona desert and it is able keep me cool. And there is an App for it to! Way cool!!!

This product makes my summer cool. So I don't feel hot.

Easy to install and it does a pretty good job for a small room. I like the remote feature. I haven't used the wifi feature... not sure if I need that.

More Than Perfect nice air conditioner for anybody

The fan is loud, but it gets my room cold. I like the wifi feature just wish there were more options.

Excellent AC unit for the price. Works great and cooling is optimal too for a big room.

Love the Wi-Fi so if a guest forgets to turn it off and I'm away, I can adjust remotely. Cools effectively, not too noisy. Perfect for guest room

This is quieter than the previous models- but. Cools just as well. Easy to assemble not much required

I purchased this unit several weeks ago for a small garage apartment-type room that was built beside our house. There is exercise equipment inside, but it’s not consistently occupied by someone so the ability to remotely monitor the AC from my cell phone was appealing. There is an option in the software to create a “schedule” for the unit, which may be beneficial, but I haven’t tried it yet. So far I have been pleased with it.
