You have to operate it on high to get room cold. The reason I am giving it a 3 star is for the display brightness; it is way too bright at night that I have to cover the brightness with something in front of the a/c. It is much much brighter than night light and there are no option to reduce the brightness or to turn it off.

I tried calling the support line and the product is still way to new for them to know why it wasn't connecting. Kind of a bummer would have been a nice feature to have
