Great Air Conditioner, able to control the temp. Has an auto setting which works well while you sleep as well as during the day to control the amount of times it is running. Our last one ran all day long and our electric bill let us know!

Bought the A/C with hoped of cooling my 16x14room on the second floor, and does it flawless, a/c is really quiet on the low fan setting, and has a lot of great features, coola the room really fast, and reminds me when to clean the filter

I love my new cooler, it keeps my space very comfortable. I had been using 2 smaller coolers to keep the same space cool, but now I only need my new one and I got rid of the other 2. I also like the convenience of the remote control.

Cools a large den and kitchen area. Keeps the central AC system from running constantly. Quiet. I also got a $25 reward check from my power company for purchasing this unit.

It says it is good for a medium size room, which I would say is fairly accurate. I have a small living room and a small kitchen and I would say it cools both rooms pretty well.

I have a 1 bedroom apartment & this ac keeps the living room, kitchen & bed room cool with the help of a fan.

Have had this for a few weeks now and I am very happy with it. No more noise than usual for an account unit. Does do a good job of cooling more area than it was designed for. Parents bought the same model for their room.

It was a good price and quality, I would buy another of this same size and style. I was also able to control it with a universal IR remote already in use in the room.

The final verdict is not in but the machine seems to do the job for its size. The air conditioner is noisier than I expected. The remote control is small with small buttons and no display. The air vents are innovative and easy to change direction of air flow. The filter is easy to remove and clean, but I question whether it is adequate. Still, I would recommend this air conditioner because it does the job.

I bought two, one for each end of my 3 bedroom house, keeps it nice and cold. Kinda loud but better than being hot.

This air conditioner is exactly what we were looking for to replace an older one in our pool house/apartment. It keeps the room nice and cool and is fairly quiet for a window unit. We are very pleased.

This ac works great! It keeps our large, sun filled room nice and cool. Sometimes a little too chilly- we need a blanket at times- which is a good thing!

In my previous review of the 10,000 BTU unit, I mentioned that it cooled our first floor very well of our new home. The second floor is slightly smaller at approximately 750 square feet, and since we were pleased with the other Frigidaire, we returned to Best Buy and purchased the 8,000 BTU. Again, installation was easy (I'm not strong but I was able to lift it up to the window and put it in in a matter of minutes), and setting it to 70F at medium cool, it turns our stagnant second floor air into a fresh cool area. I highly recommend this unit.

This AC was easy to set up and cools the room down quite well. The remote is also ease to operate. My only real complaint is that when the condenser starts it makes a high pitched annoying noise. It's tolerable for me but may not be for everyone.

Does what it claims, only wish there was a drain port in back of unit. Warranty void if you drill a hole yourself. Cools my small room well though

Read several complaints about noise level. However was only model to fit in space available.. Noise complaints proved FALSE.. Yeah.. Very Happy.

The unit is a little noisy but runs well. I did find the the econ mode needs to be set about 5 degrees cooler that the actual required temp.

Amazing unit with low noise! Gets a room 10x16 feet cold in about 10 mins. What more can you ask for?!
