Worts Purchase ever!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is the second Fridgidaire dryer I've owned in less than 3 years. (The 2nd not by choice). My first machine failed within 8 months of purchase with multiple issues. First, it started burning and ruining clothes / towels. After multiple "repairs", the "control board" went out and was serviced again. I called Fridgidaire (Electrolux) customer service to complain stating that the machine was obviously a lemon and should be replace free of charge as my wife and I were having to take multiple days off work to be home for service appointments which included 1 for each "diagnosis" and 1 for each "repair". Then, within another month, the door open error started in. Finally, Fridgidaire offered a full refund only IF I agreed to purchase a second Fridgidaire machine (the not by choice purchase). Well, as fate would have the 2nd machine also went down with the door open error 3 moths after the manufacturers warranty expired. Serviced the machine on 8/13/12 and on 10/10/12 same thing (door open error). Came out an "serviced" yesterday (10/18/12) and 10 minutes (yes 10 minutes) after the first dry cycle was initiated, guess what E-66 Door Open error re-occurred. Never, EVER will I purchase another Fridgidaire product!!!

Noisy but works

I love my new dryer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The only reason I say it drys well is because the dryer i had before you could tell that the clothes weren't soft. The clothes are soft and fluffy.

Stay Away!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Stay away from this dryer! Brand new out of the box and it shuts down every 20 min and hardly gets warm. It took our first and only load of laundry using this machine over 3 hours to dry.
