great microwave but doesn't come with trim kit

The picture shows a microwave with the trim around the outside which is necessary for proper install and overall function. There is no trim kit and I cannot figure out how to order it through Best Buy. I cannot blame this shortcoming on the microwave or the manufacturer but the store should please be more clear about what is or is not included
