Purchased this for a new home build that has a built in slot. This is so much cheaper than other built ins can’t wait to see how it performs.

This was the closest to the size for my built-in space and priced comparably well. Although it doesn't fit perfectly, I was able to use the surround I had. As others have mentioned, the alert sound when done is loud but I've gotten use to it. It works well.

This microwave oven cooks very evenly and cooks faster. better than my Samsung model ME21M706BAS microwave. I also like it does not have a chrome shelf inside. I have never used the shelf inside a microwave oven. To me, the shelf is just an unused nuisance.

Works great and looks nice just gets messy with fingerprints easily, but that’s easy to clean

I'm sure I'll love it when it gets here in 2-1/2 weeks. :) I'm really getting tired of my tiny W-M 'get-by' version. Seems we just can't live without a microwave. All the black stainless microwaves were out of stock when I ordered this several weeks ago. Ratings below are just guesses.

Must purchase associated trim kit if being installed in a cabinet. If it sits on a counter, no trim kit is required. Door open button does not feel solidly connected but seems to work well.

Very nice and compact yet powerful... Very affordable also for built ins which can get very expensive!

I have had this microwave for a month, but I'm still waiting on the trim kit. It heats up very quickly and evenly. A lot faster than my old microwave, so make sure you play around with how long you leave an item in it. There's TONS of room in it as well. Great microwave.

Fit perfect, was easy to install. Matches my wall oven and stove vent and dishwasher.

A little pricey, but it fits in my kitchen and gets the job done as a replacement. I didn’t think it not having a handle would be a big deal, but the door gets very smudged and dirty very quickly during the week. The door also wobbles or rattles a bit, like there is an audible shaking sound when I’m pressing buttons.

Nice looking. Heats very quickly. It's huge inside. The keypad is pretty easy to use and only has a few useless buttons. The keypad has a nice feature: if you want to heat something 2 min, you just press 2. If you want to heat it 2 and a half minutes, you press 2-3-0 then start. No Cook Time button to press. A couple complaints about functionality: 1. you can't manually change the power level while it is heating, only before you press Start. 2, can't turn the turntable off. 3. the "done" chime is too loud and persistent. But all in all, I like it a lot. Now, about the purchase: This is a built-in unit. Two BB associates came to my home to look at and measure the opening. They tracked down the right unit to match the oven just below it, and then placed the order for me. The delivery delay was the shortest of the several places I shopped. Curbside pickup was easy and very fast (2 min). Only complaint here is that the item initially arrived damaged (dented). probably not BB's fault. Had to reorder it, which they did relatively seamlessly, and the second unit arrived on time and intact.

This microwave replaced an LG with all sorts of bells & whistles that we never used. This Frigidaire has a simplistic keypad that needs little explanation to operate - which is great. The digital readout is so bright. We were micro cooking within minutes of installation. The interior is white so it is easy to keep clean. The most amazing aspect of this microwave it how ridiculously quiet it is when it is in use!

I purchased this microwave and the suggested 30" trim for a wall oven/microwave cabinet I was building. The microwave was better than expected. It has all of the features I was looking for. Microwave fits the cabinet well and matches the oven I have. The perfect combination. The microwave works well and the interior larger than I thought it would be.
