Purchased the geek squad coverage and they were responsive and diligent to solve the problem but couldn’t. Not their fault. They replaced the entire ice maker unit and still didn’t work. Unit is within 12 month manufacturer warranty so we had to go through them. That’s been the struggle. Contacted them and they scheduled the only service they work with (massive manufacturer yet uses only one service for the entire San Antonio area—genius). No one showed or called day of the appointment, nor has the service answered our calls, texts, or emails. Finally have a new appointment made via manufacturer. Fingers crossed. Would love to have ice finally.

Appliances were delivered 14 days later to wrong address 800 miles away. No effort was made to correct the problem by corporate or local store, even though they knew why the problem occured at Best Buy. Order cancelled. Lost my business.

Failure to Deliver

Their reasoning was that the old fridge was served by a 1/4 inch copper water line, and they couldn't work with copper. Note that the installation manual indicates copper tubing is an option that can be used.

A cool reliable fridge

The flex zone is awesome, I'm using for sodas and beer. The shelf system in the freezer is a great system and the door shelves on the freezer door is also a great system. There is better organization in the freezer. The built in door handles allow for more walking space in my kitchen.

I had a 4 year old Samsung and it was a piece of crap right away. Had repair guys 3 times. Friends had Frididair and had zero problems so I thought I would give it a try. Love it!!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered this fridge from Best Buy and they failed to show up on the day delivery was scheduled WITH NO NOTIFICATION after sending numerous texts telling me to get ready for delivery. I called later and they told me the fridge can't be delivered until six weeks from now. But I don't even believe them on that. Just horrific customer service.
