Like the refrigerator. Ice maker small. Great size for basement

Generally, rattling is the sign of some mechanical flaw, and this unit though gorgeous, rattles. Not a loud rattle, but just enough to make you clench your teeth every time you walk in the kitchen. I called the manufacturer, and they were very polite and prompt in sending out a tech, who walked in, rolled his eyes, handed me a crumpled “fact sheet” about noises, gave me a condescending lecture on modern refrigerator design and planned obsolescence, filled out his form so he’d get paid, and left. And the rattling goes on. What should have been a very satisfying purchase now feels like a very stupid mistake.

very quiet operation. ice and water dispenser in the door is great convenience. Every thing is working. Installer had trouble leveling the top doors. with the best adjustment, the right door does not close smoothly. Very easy to operate.

I bought this to match my other kitchen appliances. It’s great looking counter top refrigerator. I had to return it because it’s smaller for my kitchen space. Best buy return policy is great. Easy return.

Purchased just over 2 years ago and already need major repairs.

We had a Best Buy associate come out to our new home, measure our space, and recommend some refrigerators that would work for us; we chose the Frigidaire Gallery since all the appliances in our new home were the Gallery series. This refrigerator is nice looking, practical, plenty of space, and we got it for a great price after shopping around and being patient. The only problem we have, is when the Best Buy guy delivered it and set it up, it's not level and leans majorly to one side, and you can definitely tell is crooked. We've tried adjusting it ourselves, but now it leans back as well as to one side! Lol. Well continue to try and resolve this little issue. Other then that, we're really pleased with our new refrigerator.

Like the bottom freezer and Have enough room for large items . The different compartments helps to organize the food . Ice maker and water dispenser are nice and the counter depth opens up the kitchen a bit .

Good ice maker. Good refrigerator. The display is hard to see especially under light. The temperature gauge is awkward. The water, crushed and cube signs are hard to read.

This is a great Fridge for the price! love the French door feature as it is so easy to see what you have in the WAYYYY back!

Well made, well designed. The drawers don't feel as cheap as some of the other brands. The only complaint is on the front door water/ice dispenser. If it was only slightly taller and deeper.

Just what I wanted. Best Buy delivered and set it up without a flaw. I hate counter depth but it’s what I had to get. It exceeds its expectations!

I love the counter depth of this refrigerator. The ice machine also does a great job keeping up with the high ice use that our household has.

I am very pleased with my new fridge. The only thing I've noticed, is when I gently push the left hand door to close, it doesn't always close all the way. Not sure why that is.

Not happy with this French Door Frigidaire model. From the beginning it did not work well. Freezes food near the rear. I had 3 technicians out. Frigidaire would not stand behind their warranty to replace because of the amount of time that had lapsed: Only 6 months. I purchased the item during Covid close down and could not get it installed because as everyone knows no one was working. I called a manager as well and they would not budge on the fact that it had gone over the warranty time. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase ANY Frigidaire product and I have used Frigidaire in at least 4 renovations. The cheap roller mechanism for the bottom freezer made it extremely hard to shut and I had to also have the technician out for this .Once the door was put back on it was still was not an easy close. Also the line up was not flush with the upper two doors and I was using a very European flush fit where all the lines should have been precise.

For our new home, we knew we wanted to get a “fancier” fridge but also didn’t feel like it was necessary to spend thousands of dollars on one. Purchased this one for a great deal compared to similar models with same features and I am very happy with it. Some reviews read that it was “very loud”, and I don’t find that to be true. It’s not huge, as it is counter depth but we didn’t want it to be an eye soar sticking our way past the Fridge nook

This refrigerator is wonderful.Fits perfectly as a cabinet depth one. Very quiet. We do not hear it running. Inside space is excellent . Freezer accommodates various sizes of frozen items. Love that party trays have plenty of room.

The finish is great with no fingerprints from my kids! We have only had it for a few weeks buy, love the space and water/ice maker is perfect!

Sofar its been 6 months i am using this fridge. It is not the greatest but it is okay. I feel like it is overvalued and overrated for it price. I observed few issues like : 1. Doors are not aligning properly ( left door is slightly higher than the right door) 2. Some of the plastic components that are glued is very bad. 3. Water filter is not lasting what it says on the box( 6 months ). I would choose this fridge only if i don't find any other good fridge.

The size is very spacious despite the smaller cubic feet. A lot better use of space. Very happy with it.
