So far, so good. Only had a couple weeks. It's doing what it's supposed to do. Couple of issues that I've noticed include: Seems to run a bit more than I would have expected, and not as quiet as I would like. Also, you have to open the door all the way to pull out the crispers. Not a big deal, but if you don't open the door far enough they will bang against the side of the open door panel. Done that a couple of times. No damage that I can see (yet), but frustrating. Have not yet gotten line run to run the water/ice maker. May update this review (if I can do that) when I complete that. Nice color on the stainless. Looks good. So far, easy to clean.

Do you know how hard it is to get a fridge these days? ... without waiting months? This fridge was backordered two months at the other big box stores. Best Buy had one and could deliver it within 3 days. And at a discount, too! It has plenty of room inside, and it works. What else is there to say? Plenty. This is a strange fridge ... the documents say it's energy efficient, and that means the compressor runs a lot, especially during initial cool down, but after as well. Apparently, this is to optimize cooling and energy use. We'll see. Another strange thing ... closing the freezer door causes a pump to evacuate the air in the freezer chamber. It makes a little unexpected noise doing this, and the freezer door is very hard to open for the minute it takes to do this. I wish the digital display would show the current temperature inside the fridge and freezer, but it shows only the target temperature. Frigidaire advises buying a separate thermometer if I want to know the current temperature. Still, all and all, for the price and likely operating cost, this is a decent buy.

Only had for 3 days at this time. I am happy with it. The one big negative for me with this unit is that it does not have adjustable legs for leveling. Its on all wheels. Thats great for rolling it in and out of its cubby but being framed in, you can see that it has a slight cant that I can not offset with leveling legs. Other than that it has been fine. It has its moments where it can be a bit loud

We looked at several fridges. Best Buy had the best prices. We went with a Frigidaire, but when it arrived, It had quite a few defects to it. Best Buy said not a problem. We will get you a new one within a week. This gave us some time to regroup. We went back out and looked at Samsung and found the reviews to be very good and found some videos online where Samsung has really improved. So we decided to go with it and have been happy ever since we love the pitcher inside the door That fills up automatically with cold water. We also like the option of having pellet ice or large cube ice readily available. the doors Do not show fingerprints As much. The door panels can also be interchanged with other colors Only complaint is the fridge has a filter, but the water filter does not provide a better rating for parts per million. The tapwater coming out of the sink was the same as the filtered water coming out of the fridge. We will look to get a filtered system under the sink that will run to the fridge.

Very functional fridge. Ice/Water system works really well makes very small ice cubes (good) and they don't seem to stick together. Brilliant water filter system plus a ref filter system seems like a great idea to do what the old box of baking soda use to do. Time will tell. . Good size (22.3cf) for shallow depth cab/countertops. Door handles feel good. Crisper/inside draws a little fragile. Overall I give a solid 8.

I like everything about the frig except for the crisper and freezer drawers. Seam a little small. Has nice lighting, a lot of shelf space. The in door water and ice is big enough for large bottles. Ice maker is inside of freezer and not in door. Never get a frig with ice maker in the door, our old Whirlpool was a big mistake and only lasted 5 years before compressor went out. Handles are black stainless and not regular stainless which is nice touch.

it is nosy, ice spills out so unable to catch in glass below, the inside drawers are filmsy plastic and hard to open and keep level, the sinde of freezer so narrow that a medium frosen pizza must be angled to put in itQ

It’s ok. Others are correct, water taste good, but not chilled. Ice maker works well. It doesn’t seem as well made, but I decided to keep it.

After reading through lots of reviews, we decided to go with this split door fridgidaire. The overall look and feel of this particular model fits right with our new stainless steel theme in the kitchen and fit right into the existing space. I would recommend reading the measurements of any fridge clearly before purchasing because we almost made a mistake with this one. Space is abundant on both the fridge and freezer side. The water dispenser puts out room temp water and not cold but it’s not a big deal because if you want cold, you can easily just select on the touch buttons for some ice to come out before the water. Overall a decent buy. Delivery and installation was smooth through total tech which I highly recommend when purchasing appliances.

Beautiful fridge with ample storage. I've only had it for a few months, so we'll see. I would give 5 stars, but the icemaker is a bit noisy.

Nice controls on front. Good lighting when you open doors. Only downside is water dispenser does not chill the water. (and I wish the deli drawer were higher, but i'll adapt)

Good refrigerator but unable to use it. Because it is placed next to a wall the refrigerator door can only open 90 degrees. The crispers cannot be opened enough to use.

This model replaces a similar Frigidaire counter depth that lasted 15+years. Good capacity for a side by side counter depth, interior space configuration seems slightly better than the old one, everything works fine, including the icemaker, and it is relatively quiet. I also love the smudge proof aspect. The cons are that it does not have the stainless look on the sides but instead a grey pebbled plastic looking material. Not ideal since we do not have it in a built in cabinet. The plastic bins seem thinner and less sturdy than the older ones. We will see how they hold up over time. All and all, this model meets are needs very well.

Love the design & use of space! Unfortunately door was damaged on delivery with little response from Best Buy although Frigidaire DID replace it.

Only had the fridge for two weeks but loving it so far. It looks very nice, has lots of space, and the LED lighting inside is very helpful.

Very nice. Very roomy and looks nice I’m really pleased with it. It was with package. Like the water dispenser. And i can put some magnets on it too.

Very pleased with this buy except that the water that come out is warm (not even room tem) and the only way to have cold water is to get ice first in the glass and then switch over to the water. I cannot believe that a refrigerator in this day cannot figure out how to give cold water - a technology that I have used since 90s.

This new fridge looks great and works well. It fit very nicely in the designated space in my small kitchen. On the inside it has a lot of room, more room than I thought since the outside dimensions are smaller than my old fridge. Very drawer space.

We haven't had this fridge long, but so far it's terrific. It's a little noisy when the water fills or the ice drops, but that's a small complaint. We downsized from a larger fridge, so we are adjusting to the smaller space, but actually, it is just enough for a family of three, with a nice layout for the shelves. It looks great, and feels solid without being bulky. We are pleased with this fridge.

I purchased this refrigerator to replace a similar older model. I like the counter-depth size and non-smudge stainless surface. This one has updated lighting and ice maker. My only hope is that it doesn’t have the sensor problems that the 11-year-old model had. The Geek Squad did an excellent job of installation.
