Loud, super delicate outer panels, just cheap overall. Most disappointing appliance purchase I have ever made. Two stars just because it actually works.

This refrigerator is a perfect size for our space- but with that comes smaller storage space on the inside. So I can’t really complain about that However, it does have a few flaws. One handle had a deep scratch when we unboxed it. Not a big deal because it was replaced right away. Now after only 2 months of use we have a clicking noise every time we open and close the refrigerator door. It’s almost like the metal is very cheap at the bracket. We are hoping to have the bracket replaced. Next, the water from the dispenser is not very cold. We can’t figure that one out since the water comes through the freezer.

IAM NOT A CRANK. ONE STAR IS REALLY THE MOST ACCURATE REVIEW OF THIS DEVICE AND MY EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have had this refrigerator for 3 1/2 months. During that time, it has held temp for less than 20 days. It was delivered with a manufacturing defect that caused it to lose its refrigerant within 2 weeks, just long enough for it to no longer be Best Buy's problem. It took 10 weeks to obtain the parts (compressor and evaporator kit) necessary to 'fix' it. Frigidaire has clearly decided to make more refrigerators than it is capable of supporting with parts on hand. Frigidaire's local repair vendor came out the day the second part came in. That was 14 days ago. 2 days ago the hi temp warning alerted on the freezer side, just like it did the first time. It will eventually impact the refrigerator side as well. I have a thermometer in each side of the device. The freezer side can't make it below about 25 degrees F and the refrigerator side is holding in the low 40s, about 5-7 degrees higher than it should. I am typing this while sitting on hold waiting to speak to someone with customer support. They will apologize a lot and give great empathy, all that their employer empowers them to do. I will try to be nice.... Frigidaire has already spent the cost of a new refrigerator in a failed attempt to remedy a defect that never should have left the factory. Just now I was able to get through to a customer service agent who provided me with the empathetic response I was expecting. A local service technician will come out in a couple of days. As the system is sealed, the only response I expect from that visit is the replacement of the same parts with the same failure. Am I really ever supposed to trust this refrigerator with important stuff like mustard and popsicles...? Not looking good so far.

Looks and works great! The counter depth was exactly what we needed. Be sure to have clearance to either side as the doors must open 90° for the drawers to pull out fully. Not a problem here. Overall we are very happy.

Nice double door frig/freezer.. The problem with it, is the drawers are cheap, they crack easily with a little bump or if you pull on them, with a little pressure.

VERY noisy! Also super the shelves and drawers are very thin, I don't expect them to last. The second shelf can only be closed by holding the first one up. Also the door must be completely open in order to open the crisper or the other drawers. Unfortunately, we were unable to view this prior to purchase. The first one they delivered fell off the truck and I didn't think to look inside at the shelves. I knew there would be less room due to the counter depth but I had no idea how much less room. Also there is no thermometer inside to tell you the temp. I set it and put my own thermometer inside and the readings are not the same. Since everything in the refriderater is frozen, the setting on the door is off.

Seems it always running a cycle. The refrigerator side in order to open crispers drawers the door has to be open completely and if not careful the door will close on open drawer.

This refrigerator has a sleek design that looks terrific in our space. It works wonderfully and fits lots of food and drink. Highly recommend. The install was perfect too!

Honestly, this a great Fridge. First off, I got an amazing deal. I have had the fridge for 6 months and have had no problems. Its a perfect size for my family of three. Plenty of room

Overall we really like this refrigerator! The smug resistance is amazing and perfect for our 1 year old who loves to touch everything. We did have 1 issue with the ice being dispersed but after an 1 hour my wife and I were able to figure out the problem. The disperser arm was not attached and it was easy to reattach it once we figured it out. No issues since!

The black stainless steel finish is super nice and the handles to open the doors are nice and solid. What I don't like is to open the drawers you have to open doors super wide. If you are next to a wall, you will have problems. The side door flip drawer lip (handle) lift it up is poorly designed. You must look at these fine points before buying this refrigerator as these are big negatives for a super nice looking refrigerator.

Just purchased. MUCH quieter than my previous Whirlpool refrigerator, and complements my new Whirlpool oven and microwave. The shelves are all adjustable and I like the way it lights up inside so you can really see everything inside. The icemaker is so quiet I keep checking so see if it is actually working. Freezer is a bit small, but I knew that going in .....I needed a counter depth, and size-wise, this one fit the best. Total 22.3 cu ft, which works for me. It is as beautiful as portrayed in the ads.

I am happy that I made this purchase as it fits my small kitchen and provide the necessary space for the amount of groceries I have. The only issue I have is how the doors swing open really wide if you are not holding them.

Very happy with this purchase and it sits perfect within our counter depths.

I hate this refrigerator. The drawers in the freezer continuously slip out and get crooked when you try to put them back in. The feel of the plastic is made extremely cheap. The door on the refrigerator side doesn’t open all the way without pushing it open and holding against, so therefore the drawers don’t pull out all the way without scrapping against the rubber seal and nicking it or scraping the stainless on the side of the rubber seal. This problem is not because of it not being balanced or not being tipped back, that has all been checked. The top shelf has an airflow vent and if you put anything near it then it freezes. They know this is a problem because there is a warning label inside that I didn’t see until after it was delivered. The shelving is not spaced out very well, so you either have 2 tall shelves and 1 so small you really can’t use it, or 1 really tall shelf where the air vent is and the 2 narrower in height shelves that aren’t as useful. I hate this fridge. The only positive thing I can say is that it keeps the food cold.

I recently switched from a high-end Samsung fridge to this one after my old one broke down in just five years. So far, this new fridge is working great and looks awesome. The quality seems good too. The only downside compared to the Samsung is that the filters are a bit pricey.
