I tried to call and see about returning it and it was impossible. Stuck with a lemon really. It was supposed to be an excellent condition return.

Awful, Awful experience

The firsts freezer door would not shut without the shelves hitting the center bar, and the seconds leveling feet did not work. So far the 3rd is function but I would highly recommend you find a different model and save yourself the headache.

However, the refrigerator has a problem with the freezer side door installation which causes it to rub on the hinges when opening and closing. A replacement is being sent out.

It has a water filtration system as well as an air filtration system. Keeps you food fresher longer. It cools well and stays cool. It is very quiet and I love the ice maker.

It is the perfect size for office and doesn't stick out too far past the countertop. It has all the features you need and fingerprint resistant front.

Not worth the cost

But no, it almost seems like something you would buy at a used appliances budget store. Upon arrival, there were multiple defects, such as holes in the seal, doors not aligning, and the freezer door not staying shut. A few months later, the filter head broke and flooded the kitchen floor with water. Luckily it is a tile floor and was caught before damage could be done. And now need to wait for warranty repairs for that. This fridge is honestly a horrendous investment of your money. To add to that, the ice maker now makes ice extremely slow. You can get 2 cups of ice every 24 hours at best, and it is loud when you do get ice. I do not expect this unit to last longer than a few years.

Horrible delivery

I had to take off work for scheduled delivery then they call hour before delivery to tell me it’s delayed 3 days with no reason why. Then told me I’d be reimbursed some money n never got anything for the mess up. Horrible delivery service Best Buy sucks at delivery.

We continue to have issues with the ice maker throwing an error that requires pulling it away from the wall to reset it. It's happening with much greater frequency now, and of course it's outside of the 1 year warranty. I am not sure I'd purchase this fridge again.

The screen was also installed incorrectly. Because we did not buy a geek squad service plan we had to go through Frigidaire’s service department which has been a fiasco. Took 5 days to get the tech to come out and it still isn’t fixed. The worst purchase we have ever made!! If you do buy it make sure you get the Best Buy service plan cause dealing with the manufacturing company is a nightmare. Had I known this I would not be in this issue right now.
