The fridge itself is great, so far (has been installed for about a week). The fingerprint resistant stainless is fantastic and a lifesaver with two kids. Ample lighting, decent amount of adjustability with the shelves. The fridge itself would be 5 stars, except I ran into two challenging issues. First, the plastic that protects the stainless steel doors is very thick. It performs well in protecting the fridge in transit and when it was moved into the house. I was looking forward to that satisfying peel once I had it in place. Instead, it took over an hour to remove all the plastic and tape, and there are pieces of plastic still stuck in the crevices where the ice & water dispenser and the gasket are. I imagine it will take another hour or more to remove all of it. Second, Zues himself installed the leveling feet. I tried an adjustable wrench to turn the plastic portion of the feet- no dice, it just turned on the metal stud. I then had to fabricate a ~14mm(ish) “wrench” out of some leftover 1/8” plate steel I had. The space is so small that you can’t even fit a regular open-end wrench on it. To try both of these methods, I had to lift the front of the fridge up with a bar to gain access. It was crude, and it worked, but it chewed up yet another hour in setting this fridge up.

I received the unit in a damaged condition. I was given the choice of not accepting the item, receiving a monetary discount on the item, or order a replacement item. Seeing as it took 6 weeks to get the current item delivered, and it was cosmetic damage that wouldn’t really be seen (and a replacement could be damaged worse), I opted for the monetary discount. Set up was pretty straight forward, although the plastic protective film was a time consuming challenge to get completely removed. All components were included with the unit, and it has been operating as designed since installation. I was only home a couple of days before I had to leave town, but the unit was operating as designed at that time. Nicely lit interior, water and ice dispensers working, exterior controls function as they should. Over all I am happy with the purchase so far.

This was my 4th delivery attempt, 3rd for the same unit. The last one came with scratched up bins and doors. This time it’s only the bin. BB said they’d exchange it out, which is what I hope will happen. I don’t want a 5th delivery and to go through ever again. My next door neighbor bought the same one at Lowe’s and not one bin is scratched. Perfect condition. Otherwise, this one is better than the used one BB tried to pawn off on me last delivery.

Nice fridge! Pretty roomy for a side by side. 2 big bins for veggies & the door holds many condiments.

So far we have purchased 2 of these units. The first one could not hold a temperature and ended up having the Fridge part cooling down to 10 degrees, putting 3” of ce in the corners, and 1/4” on the shelves. The ice machine quit working then the unit leaked all over our wood floor warping it in the kitchen. Waiting for Best Buy to fix the floor

Looks great fit perfectly in our space. We had limited space to fit a fridge and wanted a double door design and this size fit just right. The only complaint I have so far is that the touch pad keeps popping out in the top corner and the water dispenser does not dispense cold water.

I have no regrets buying this refrigerator. It's the largest one I could get that would fit in the spot that had at least some shelf adjustability. It would be nice if you could have more granularity in shelf placement and the little plastic pieces that hold the shelves in place didn't feel like they would break if you look at them wrong, but at least you can change the shelves to increase usable space. With most other refrigerators I looked at, your shelving options were: you put the shelves where there are brackets or you don't use the shelf at all. I love finally having a refrigerator with filtered water on the door. There are four other things that I find annoying though. Some more annoying than others. Getting crushed ice can be quite messy with little ice bits getting everywhere and the larger pieces are still quite large. When you want ice, it's difficult to have the refrigerator dispense the amount of ice you want. Sometimes, it takes a second or two for any ice to come out; other times a bunch shoots out at once. I mostly just get cubes, but it's also a problem with crushed. Another thing I find annoying is the touch sensitive panel. If the kitchen isn't bright enough, you can't find the place where you need to change between ice and water. I'm sure the rest of the panel has the same problem, but I often switch between water and ice, I don't change the temperature of the refrigerator. The last thing is trying to snap the panel at the bottom of the refrigerator into place. The water line gets in the way, so it took some time to get it to snap on. While this isn't something you don't have to take off too often, I'm not looking forward to any time I remove it to clean the refrigerator. I did have some milk go bad on me already, but that might not have had anything to do with the refrigerator. Because I can get water from the dispenser, I have been drinking more water, so the milk was close the expiration date when I dumped it, but not past it yet. It's hard to tell if this was a problem with the milk or the refrigerator, but it has only happened to one gallon of milk, so it's more likely just bad milk. One last thing I would like to note, be prepared to buy a water hammer arrestor. This isn't a direct problem with the refrigerator. It has to due with the water pressure at your home. I had to get two for my washing machine (hot and cold water lines), so it came as no shock that I had to get one for the refrigerator. Over all, this have been a great refrigerator so far. I love that it's much larger than my old refrigerator and I can actually see everything in it. I shouldn't have the same problem like when some kiwis got pushed to the back of the refrigerator and the only reason I knew what these little fuzzy brown balls were that I found some time later was because they were still in the container that said kiwis.

I dont have space for the wider fancier fridge Ive always wanted but this has great quality. Love the extra drawers and shelves. Ice and water dispenser are fantastic.

We love this fridge! A bit of a problem with the weather stripping on the doors but decided to live with it since exchange fridge was worse stripping, and had ripples on the sides and back of the fridge; may have been someone else’s reject and also had a note taped inside in a foreign language - ???disappointed since it was inspected by best buy before delivery (or was it) don’t see how they could have let this go out for delivery But the fridge is actually nice and fits perfectly in our space as well. Was a bit of a wait for the exchange fridge for nothing, but we like the Gallery Frigidaire a lot and will keep it. Hoping for the best.

I did a lot of research before buying a fridge. I wanted something with a good ice maker, water dispenser, and deli drawer. This fridge fit the bill. It started making ice within a few hours of being installed. The ice compartment is huge. My husband was even tempted to take the ice to fill his ice chest for work. This fridge is smaller than the fridge we used to have but it’s still perfect for our family of 4. Our old fridge came with the house and was missing several door shelves. This one has plenty of shelves on both doors and makes it easy to organize and find everything you need. The price is great too. I’ve had it for a couple of weeks now and still consider it a great purchase.

Very nice-looking Frigidaire Refrigerator. So great not to show fingerprints. Great lighting. Fun smaller ice cubes. Only issue I have is the owner's manual, pictures are too small to help and instructions hard to understand. Best buy delivery was Excellent Nice guys.

Nice refrigerator!!! Just right for me!! Don’t need nothing fancy!! Lot’s of space, ice and water dispense on point!!!! The only bad review is the protective plastic that covers the refrigerator when delivered!! It’s so hard to take off!!!! It’s should be a easier way to remove this!!!!!!

Great fridge! Very bright. Really like the adjustable shelves. The ice maker has been great and gotten us through the 100 degree days. Perfect if you need something smaller to fit in your space.

The refrigerator came with multiple scratches. I was told I would get a new one or at least doors. From that point on it was a nightmare of messages to and from customer service. Everytime I called back it was never the same person, noone knew what was happening . Actually a year later I got a call saying the new fridge was in and had been there a long time lol. I had asked for doors only so they don't have to take my front door off and they said they can't do that. They actually ruined the alignment of my front door the first time and it was never repaired so the seam hAd gaps in it. It was not worth exchanging to have my brand new front door ruined. I had asked initially if they would turn the 33 inch refrigerator sideways so they don't have to take front door off. The delivery guys were geometry challenged, and literally did not understand how that would work.

Though the frig is smaller then the it replaced, we knew this in advance. The shelves are longer but there is one less shelf. Ice maker takes a few days to fill up, once full, has maintained its capacity. My wife likes ice, so from her stand point it fits her needs. This was a concern in the beginning since the one it replaced was extremely good at producing ice. We notice the freezer is smaller, however again we knew this up front. We have a second frig so this isn’t an issue. It might be if you have lots of freezer items There is no manual that comes with frig so I’ve go on line to get needed operational data

Very quiet. The handles will show fingerprints so its not completely fingerprintless. Ice maker works fine. Nice and bright inside.

Excellent! I needed a specific size to fit the abnormal space in my kitchen, but, I wanted all of the perks of a larger refrigerator. This was exactly what I wanted.

Refrigerator is functional and modern with many of the bells and whistles you would expect from a typical unit, however, the sides are not stainless steel. They appear to be plastic molding of some sort. Nonetheless it is a step up from the refrigerator that came with my home.

Noisy icemaker woke the baby sounding like breaking and entering. Plastic shelves on door paper thin. Very unreliable. Returned the refrigerator after a week.

I like this fridge it’s spacious and modern. My only complaint is the refrigerator side only reaches 43 and gives and error code when temps are too low followed by beeping. Takes some time for the temps to adjust.
