Need to use drying agent otherwise dishes look spotty. Dry's well on heat, only water that pools on top of cups a little, but that happens on every dishwasher. The issue is the error code i20. Apparently has something to do with draining. Happens every few months. had to have people out constantly. Thought it was first a kink in the discharge hose. replaced it. Didn't fix it. We use liquid detergent not the packets. It stops about 1/2 way through the cycle, beeps, till you hit the start button again. Then it will finish its cycle. Finally one of the techs came out and cleaned out a little filter or hose on the back on the unit. Worked for about 6 months till a few months ago. Good thing we got the 5 year warranty on it. Otherwise I would be really upset. The finish stays pretty clean even with little kids. so it looks nice. Just have to hit the button every time for it to finish its cycle. Very annoying. Not sure if that's a design flaw or we just got a lemon.

I recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees, the “Heat Dry” option is selected, you’re using the correct amount of Rinse Aid, and that no heavy mineral or calcium scale is covering the heater.
