I read some of the Best Buy reviews overlooking some of the negative ones probably because of the great sale price and free installation deal they had going on at the time for this model. When the installers first set it up there was water pouring out of the front seal. They tried adjusting the seal but there was no fixing it. They were supposed to bring us another one (Frigidaire same model) a few days later but after reading even more reviews from several websites it seems that this is a common issue with this Frigidaire dishwasher. So we decided based on even more research to switch over to Kitchen Aid. The Kitchen Aid dishwasher was a little more expensive and not quite as pretty but thus far has been a great with no issues.

Love this dishwasher, the first time we used it I had to open the door to make sure it was working because it was so quite we couldn't hear it. The dishes always come out clean and it is very spacious, fits way more dishes then my old dishwasher. It has a sleek design and I like that the controls are on the top of the door and not the front of the door.

This dishwasher replaced a 17 yr old GE Profile dishwasher. We got a lot of mileage out of that one. We are very satisfied with this purchase. It's relatively quiet and does a great job cleaning the dishes. I recommend opening the door and leaving it ajar after the wash cycle is complete as verified by the green indicator light reflected on the floor. This will allow the condensation that is on the back wall of the dishwasher to dry and prevent the dishes from having an odd smell due to the moisture if it is closed. We are also happy with the size of this dishwasher in comparison to the Bosch dishwashers we looked at in the store. Capacity on the Frigidaire is bigger. Lastly the stainless steel interior and orbit wash design is a plus. My husband noticed that the Frigidaire and the Electrolux seem to be the same if not identical at first glance. If so, the Frigidaire is the "Best Buy" due to it's lower price tag vs the Electrolux.

This dishwasher is extremely quiet and has a lot of features. I did learn that new dishwashers run a lot longer than old ones. When the cycle is finished, a green light shines on the floor. Kinda of cool even though it scares my cat. The silverware baskets holds a lot of silverware. I also like the wine glass feature. The no smudge finish looks fantastic.

great looking , a lot of space for dishes, pots and pans, easy to operate, cleans very well but doesn't fully dry the dishes , very quiet . has a light that shines on the floor when cycle is finished

So after the terrible buying and delivery experience... the 1st dishwasher that was delivered had a seal that leaked. So we had to wait another week (for a total of 3) to get a replacement. Now that we have one that doesn't leak, the unit seems to be working well. It is very quiet. The directions and the touchpad are a bit cryptic, but the dishes come out clean. The price was good, but after the buying experience, not sure if I would buy an appliance from Best Buy again.

This has been a great dishwasher so far. It's stupid quiet and gets dishes really clean. It has a lot of customization to the cycles and it's also astetically appeasing. The only negative I would give it some of the heavy wash cycles are over 180 min! But all in all a solid purchase!

The washer does a good job of washing dishes. Sometimes I wish all of the dish holders that stick up could fold down. Plastics don't dry well, but glass, metal, and other normal dishes seem to dry just fine. The smudge free stainless steel is great with two toddlers in the house.

We have the Gallery Series for all our appliances, this being the last addition. Amazingly quiet. Cannot be sure it is running when it is. The finished cycle green light the shines on the floor to let you know cycle is complete is a nice perk. Cleans dishes very well. Lots of room inside for tall items as well. Just follow the manufacturers guide for loading dishes. Great buy!

Really love this - just 2 small points that stop me giving it 5 stars 1. You need to read the book before you use it - the controls on the top do need explanation 2. Some things - especially plastics, come out wetter than I am used to. It is a big dishwasher & holds way more than my old one - a real plus !

This dishwasher is one of the best that I have ever owned, and by far the easiest to install! Te one I purchased was open box, and the hight adjustment was broken, so it was a challenge to figure out that but if everything was intact, it wouldn't have taken me more than 25 minutes to pull the old one out and put this one in. As for the stile and look, this washer is amazing! There is just a small amount of chrome in the top of the handle that looks amazing, and it fits perfectly with my other appliances. The controls have an amazing feel to them, and aren't touch sensitive which I like. Now for the most important part, how well it cleans........ It's amazing! I don't know how else to say it! It couldn't clean any better than it does. The only complaint I have is the drying... My previous washer was a kenmore from about 12 years ago, and used a heating element to dry. I never used the heated dry setting and the dishes where always dry, this washer just doesn't get them dry at all...... I'm really not sure why. Anyways, I'd recommend this to a friend that's for sure!

This dishwasher looks great and is really quiet, does a great job cleaning. The only complaint is that plastic dishes do not dry well. glassware and stoneware dry perfectly. i have read a lot of the newer dishwashers have the same issues. overall it is a great dishwasher for the price.

This dishwasher is very quiet and it does keep the dishes clean. The only thing that I did not like is that you have to dry the dispenser to use the dish detergent otherwise it will get stuck in there. It doesn't dry the dishes as much as my last one did. Overall I rate the dishwasher a 4.

Surprisingly quiet. Very large capacity and adjustable tines accommodate odd-shaped items. Ample silverware basket. Soft grip rack hold stemware securely. Spray arms clean dishes thoroughly. Have only used the Normal wash cycle with good results.

We've been using this dishwasher about a month now. A couple of things you need to know about it. You'll need to turn your hot water heater to about 130 degrees (or higher) for the best results. Also do your dishes at night and they will be dry in the morning, If you try to put your dishes away immediately after a cycle you'll need a towel to dry some dishes off. The bottom rack is a great design, we're still trying to figure out the top rack, that could be better! Overall we're very happy with this unit. Once we figured it out it really cleans the dishes well, far better than the 9 year old Maytag dishwasher it replaced.

Very pleased - installed easily, runs quietly. The cycles seem extraordinarily long . . . but maybe that's just the way it is. Great dishwasher

Installs easily, well appointed. Does a real nice job & is incredibly quiet. Almost have to put your ear to it to know it's running! The smudge proof stainless finish truly is exactly that. Green spotlight on door bottom illuminates the floor when cycle is completed. When door is closed, there is no visual feedback from controls... Kinda miss that, but it may provide better control board longevity.

Dishwasher does a good job of cleaning and is very quiet. It does an ok job of drying. Set up is a bit challenging with water and electrical connections in the front they have to be guided so as not to get pinched and there is little room to do so.

Love the sleek look. No names in the front and simple design. It is fairly quiet and i do like the green light at the bottom to let you know when it is done. I don't think i've used it enough to give it a fair answer as to how well it clean.

This dishwasher is ultra quite. Does a great job cleaning dishes. Lots of room in the top rack. Lower rack is a little tough to stack if you have thick dishes. Overall it was a great buy.
