Terrible job of cleaning them. Top rack is useless. I am returning this dishwasher after 1 week. Paid $179 to have it installed and now I have to uninstall and have it hauled back to Best Buy to return it then wait for new dishwasher to arrive then pay to have it installed. Very disappointed.

And always make sure that the items are loaded properly. Large items on the bottom rack, and small items on the top rack; there should be space between the items to allow water to flow. Pans, cups, and dishes should be loaded facing down. Utensils should not be nested. The spray arms should not be blocked, allowing them to rotate freely. Best Buy decided to send me a new one. I have to wait almost another month. On the last question, the only reason I am choosing no is because it will not let me proceed unless I say yes or no. I really can't say since I never got to use it.

Looks great, cleans great, but…
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This dishwasher looks great in my space and matches my other Frigidaire appliances perfectly. Most importantly, it cleans great, even the 30 minute wash does a good job, and the third rack is a welcome addition. That said, the contol buttons are hard to press (not touch sensitive), the racks are low quality (even by dishwasher standards), and its louder than the 10yr old Kitchenaid dishwash I replaced. Lastly, mine arrived with a pea sized dent on the front stainless, that went unnoticed until after installation was completed. The packaging was in perfect condition and the damage did not occurre during installation, so it obviously left the factory that way. Its only noticeable at certain angles/lighting, so we decided to live with it, but it’s certainly disappointing.

There's more then enough room to hold a good amount of dishes/glasses and flatware. My dishes come out nice and dry..sparkling clean! There is no build up of detergent or food remaining. I like the options of "Top Rack", "Rinse Only" and "Heavy Wash". If I have a dinner party, "Heavy Wash" comes in handy. Day to Day "Normal Wash" is perfect. Other great features include a "Sanitize Wash". NSF certified which means 99.9% bacteria gone....love that! Energy Star certified is always a plus! Pleased that it's quiet while in use!

A must have Dish Washer

Washes very well and it’s so quite you hardly know that its working. The third rack is the best addiction one can ask for . I just love the blue illuminating lights that shines on the floor when washing is complete.

That is NOT the case. CONS: The racks are extremely flimsy and they don't stay on track. The silverware holder is a piece of junk. PROS: The light that shines on the floor is cool. The upper rack for silverware could potentially be useful.

Loud and Doesn't Dry

At first it was quiet but now it makes a horrible squealing sound and dishes always come out wet unless you open the door during the drying cycle to release some of the steam.

To improve drying performance, please make sure you are using plenty of rinse aid, your hot water heater is set to at least 120 degrees, and you are not selecting Air Dry. Always load per the instructions in the manual. If the issue with the noise continues, service will be required. ~ Brandi
