    When they delivered and setup the brand new fridge, water leaked from behind the water filter. And the bottom drawers were super loud. The tech ordered new drawer parts but was not able to order parts for the filter assembly. After 3 weeks of waiting we had them take the fridge out and replace with a different brand.

    Nice Fridge, came dented

    Actually the second one sent, both have dents on them, best buy is very slow at resolving the situation. buy from another company , but is a ice fridge

    We love this refrigerator. It has been a great addition for our family. It has helped us stay organized and I love that my kids don’t have to open the whole fridge to get something.

    Weird sounds

    Seems to be working fine but every once in a while it makes a loud click. Then I'm not sure if it's when it makes ice, but it makes sounds that my upset stomach makes. Also, sometimes when I get ice, a cube gets stuck before it drops and then it slowly starts to melt and make a mess. 3 months in everything works fine, just the weird sounds worry me

    Better than Samsung

    Needed a new fridge to replace my defunct Samsung but wanted similar features like a deli drawer its convertible temperatures. Storage is great. Bonus, the front is magnetic.

    Do not buy. It started leaking from the ice maker during the warranty period, about six months after we got it (the first time we used the ice maker). Repair guy said its a design defect and he fixes them all day long; the something line is right next to something else it freezes up. we had a fixed and it's doing it again a few months later. now no longer under warranty.

    There is a problem with the middle drawer and there’s always a small drip from the ice maker thru the water spout.

    Delivered refrigerator on March 3rd, installers damaged door and offered a replacement or in house gift card. As of April 13th, still haven't received the agreed amount. No one I spoke to at Best Buy since the delivery is being totally honest.

    The fridge is fine, but just FYI the measurements listed are incorrect. You say 68.1" tall, it's actually 69.1" (which is what is listed on Frigidaire's official website).

    Dimensions are WRONG

    Buyer beware! The measurements on the website are not accurate (34" deep vs 29.7" shown here). While it's not a big deal once installed, it has caused MAJOR headaches with delivery. I'm about to cancel the order before this goes on much longer.

    Noisy junk

    I would NOT reccomend this refrigerator. We paid $2,500 thinking it was a quality unit. They are not. Our three drawer unit runs all day and night and the humming never stops. I would love to get rid of it.
