This is the 3rd appliance I've purchased that was "open box" it had a small ding way down at the bottom. Totally worth getting half off. Its works great.

Love fridge! Great space plenty of room for family of 7. Ice maker is amazing

Great appliances so far, and beat the competition on price!

We bought this fridge in 2015 for our new construction home. What a disaster it has been. 1 year into use, ice started collecting at the bottom of the refrigerator. This was due to melted condensation leaking from the ice maker compartment when the defrost cycle would run. The drain hose for the ice compartment was frozen solid so the water had no where to go but into the fridge compartment. Next ice started forming on the backside exterior of the fridge, creating a huge rust spot that dripped rust-colored water on our wall and floor behind the fridge. We taped a rag to the back of the fridge to try to catch some of the liquid to protect our floor. Now, the ice maker completely stopped filling with water. It's been one thing after another. Frigidaire support is worthless. If you can get them to respond to email, you're lucky, but even when they do they won't own up to their design flaws and repair them. Thanks to videos on the internet that other consumers have produced, we've been able to diagnose and buy retro-fit kits to cover up the rust, kits to seal the ice maker compartment, kits to replace the ice maker coil housing, etc. TOTAL LEMON! Now in 2020, they don't even answer their phone or emails. We are shopping for a new refrigerator and will NEVER purchase anything from Frigidaire again. Also, they would not allow this review to be posted on their website. Don't trust reviews on their website - they pick and chose which ones can be listed.

Great fridge. Lots of space, adjustable and removable shelves. Freezer is very spacious as well.

Not often that I vent about a company but after trying to contend with Frigidaire...never again! I updated all of my kitchen appliances approximately 7 years ago (Late 2014) to the Frigidaire Gallery Series. Within less than 6 months of purchase the ice maker went out on the fridge, so I bit the bullet and bought the 3 year extended warranty (ice maker had to be fixed twice under warranty). Shortly after the extended warranty ran out, the ice and water quit working again and we pulled the fridge out only to find the mess in my attached pictures. I called Frigidaire February 11, 2020 regarding these issues, I was transferred abruptly twice (side note Passion was the 3rd and last representative I spoke with who was simply doing her job within the parameters she had to work within and was very nice unlike the 2nd representative, Theresa). I was told that I would have to have a service technician come out at my expense and if they found a manufacturer's defect they would "bring it to resolution." We all know what that vague language means! Maybe Electrolux should have stayed in our home town and not moved production to Mexico. Now the ice maker has quit yet again. We are also now in the process of totally redoing our kitchen and I cannot have this fridge leaking all over my new floors. So, I am left to replace the fridge with another brand and not have the appliances all match or bite the bullet and replace all of my kitchen appliances that are just 7 years old. #neveragainfrigidaire #electroluxshouldhavekeptbusinessinUS

This is really an excellent fridge and everything I'm going to complain about is on the nit picky side. First and foremost, the water dispenser does not dispense cold water. I have had a number of refrigerators with water dispensers and they all dispensed cold water. Secondly, the previous version of this refrigerator (subtract 1 from the model number) had the shelves that slid back so you could put taller items in there without removing and relocating the shelves. We love the smudge-proof stainless finish but it is non-magnetic. The sides are just painted and are magnetic. By contrast the other refrigerator that we considered was a Black Stainless Samsung and that had doors that were magnetic, but I told my wife that she would have to put electrical tape on all the (hard) magnets to keep from scratching the finish.

Tons of space and keeps things super cold. One caveat, if you keep the manufacturer's default temperature setting, which I recommend, anything in the back of the fridge has a chance of freezing. It's that cold. Food stay preserved for a very long time so you rarely have to throw anything out. Lots of in door storage and the ice bin is huge. The freezer also has a lot of space and one of the things I really like is that you can stack items on the top shelf for "more" space. Another caveat, things can fall off the top shelf onto the bottom of the fridge and it can be inconvenient to get them. Not a big deal to me though.

This is a fine refrigerator. I love the space and features. Quality is great - except for the ice maker. Frigidaire/Electrolux has a long history of ice maker failures and this model is no exception. Not long after the pitiful one year warranty expired, the fan behind the ice maker started making a terrible noise. This is likely due to ice buildup so I let it defrost a little every couple of months. But I expect that the fan kit will need to be replaced soon.

Actually my delivery date was 5/18/2020 due to the virus. This is a great product! The exterior is fingerprint free. The interior lights are bright and the adjustable shelves allow you to customize the design. The crisper and meat areas, along with the deli drawer provide for great organization. The freezer door slides open easily and the shelves give you full view and access to all your products. This unit is so spacious and quiet.

This refrigerator is really great so far. Most people don't buy a refrigerator because they want to, but because they have to. We fall in to latter of the two. We chose a Frigidaire because our previous was a Frigidaire and it lasted, so we knew what we were getting. This refrigerator is a change from our previous side-by-side to the french-door and it is a little awkward. It took some time to arrange the shelves into something we were good with. It is quiet and really great looking. We have noticed that you cannot slide magnets on the front of the fridge without getting little scratches, beware. So far we love this fridge.

We have had this refrigerator for 1 month now. At first, the ice maker seemed really loud, but it was because of the ice falling into the empty tray. We have no complaints so far, freezer keeps things frozen, fridge keeps things cold but not frozen. Crisper drawers keep produce edible much longer than our old fridge. Love how much room there is inside, especially in the door bins.

Purchased the Frigidaire refrigerator after the LG refrigerator that I had previously purchased in 2016 quit working. I spoke with the service company about the best brands to purchase and he recommended the Frigidaire over other brands and this model has been working perfectly. I would like the ice maker to not take up so much room but that is the only negative.

We purchased this fridge from the sales person recomendation. He did not have a sample on the floor, but it met all our criteria and was a great price. We were not disapointed at all. This fridge was bigger and more flexible than the ones on the floor. One thing was that some of the website description stated that there was the door ice maker and an additional ice maker in the freezer compartment. There was no ice maker inside the freezer compartment. Just the one on the door, which is what we wanted anyways. very happy with our purchase. Hope it lasts longer than our dead LG.

Some cosmetic defects, but it is working as expected for the fraction of cost.

Only had this a short time. Hubby surprised me for my bday. Considering I did not pick it out he did a great job. Looks great and works well. Much quieter than previous fridge and much more room.

Pleasant unit....more features from my previous Frigidaire unit .....which failed in less than 8 years....not terribly impressive. The only....to date ...disappointment ...is that the water dispensing unit does not provide cold water.....bummer.

We have had this refrigerator for a over a year and it has been good. The only things that would be a nicety is to have cold water from the built in water dispenser, but this has not been a big issue because there is always enough ice from the icemaker even in the hot summer days.

The fridge is really good for price. It felt much more solid than other brand fridges of similar price. The smudge proof stainless is a really nice feature for those with small children, and the fridge is fully magnetic unlike some other fridges we looked at. Also, it comes ready for installing a second ice maker which you can buy for under $80. This is great for entertaining.

Bought this to replace our previously broken Frigidaire refrigerator. Unfortunately they were the only brand really available in the time crunch we had. The ice makers freeze to, they are loud, and the refrigerator freezes items even when it's set to 38 degrees. Our old one did the same. This one is even worse than our old one since the temperature numbers don't reflect what the actual fridge/freezer temps are. Only redeeming quality is that it holds a lot and the door bins are large
