The two shelves in the freezer are large and and spacious. I like that there is a catch away for the extra ice on the bottom of the freezer but you don’t have to use it and use it for space instead, overall great freezer and refrigerator

LED contacts corrode causing LED failure. Aside from that the fridge is great.

Lots of premium features like a second ice maker, adjustable temperature deli drawer, and adjustable shelves. The shelf are sturdy, not cheaply made. Both fridge and freezer cooled quickly. An important feature that we love, it'll alert you to a power outage, so if you're out of town and come back and don't know it let's you know. We recently had a power outage... during which we kept the fridge and freezer closed for 12+ hours and the fridge was still below 40° and the stuff in the freezer was still frozen solid, a testimony to its energy conservation.

I was under the impression that this went with the installation. I was told I would get a call from there service. the water line kit was purchased and delivered with the fridge.

Had to get used to go from a side-by-side to a french door style. Still learning. Two ice makers is a little too much, so I turned off the lower one.
