Best Buy is an awesome store that I & my wife enjoy shopping at. Customer service is at every level great, employees are very knowledgeable, professional, polite and did outstanding. Will recommend Best Buy to everyone.

After 5 months we have really enjoyed this fridge. We had to initially have one of the freezer door rails replaced along with the freezer gasket, but warranty swiftly handled those issues. Otherwise all has been good. Even temperature throughout and very bright.

The refrigerator is great and the installers were excellent. Had nice sales person who was very helpful and got 18 months no interest

Pretty average fridge overall. Controls are easy to use. Setup was easy. I’m not going to complain about the capacity as I signed up for that with counter depth. The freezer drawer ceiling does consistently frost up over after a few temperature changes to resolve which is disappointing .

We have had this refrigerator for 6 months and are very happy overall. Water began to drip for 20 seconds after dispensing but Frigidaire promptly replaced the line and problem solved. The water dispenser is also pretty loud when it shuts off. There is no butter storage compartment. Love the ice cube size.

Alright- this is an awesome fridge. However, we cannot get one without damage. The first fridge had 1 dented door, 1 scratched door, and a crooked drawer inside. Customer service was great about scheduling an exchange for us. Well today Best Buy came to deliver the new fridge, but just decided to take the doors off the new fridge and replace that. My husband said “what about this crooked drawer inside?” & best buy said “Idk man that’s just the way it is nothing you can do about it.” This is NOT what you tell someone who just spent over $2,000 on a product. The best buy employee also scratched the new door with his knife, left plastic in the cracks, and will now have to do a 3rd replacement.

I purchased this refrigerator because it had everything I wanted and fit the width and height of my counter space. Unfortunately, I didn't adequately measure the depth. I canceled the item before delivery and purchased a "counter-depth" model instead. It all worked out.

So far I really like this refrigerator. I had the last one for 27 years so it was past time to upgrade.

Beautiful piece of equipment. Arrived very neatly packaged. Very spacious with bright lights and more than adequate shelving intelligently organized. Wonderful display as long as you don't expect to... refrigerate! Stopped working within 2 weeks... everything (including ice cubes) melted and rotted away, Hundreds of dollars lost in meat, fish and other foods by the time the replacement arrived... Because of course with a new refrigerator, you don't expect at that price point to croak so fast... so let's go on a shopping spree and buy lots of food to freeze! I would definitely NOT recommend. Total headache! Quite beautiful indeed, but beauty without a motor that works isn't enough for me! Is it for you?

Refrigerator is well made, looks nice inside, and has plenty of storage and movable shelves.

I was very pleased with this units features. The dual ice maker can keep up with my families heavy needs.

Like this fridge. The are in my kitchen is so restricted and this fit like a glove. Replaced Samsung that was a constant headache with water freezing under drawer in fridge and freezer not working
