    Functional. Interior layout not optimum. Top shelf loses much utility by the size of the ice maker. Loss of space continues in the bottom freezer due to ice storage compartment.

    Have ordered two so far. First was dented so bad that we had to send it back. Second one was setup, but doors could not be aligned properly and hit on the inside of fridge. Waiting for our third try.

    Great frig, wish I would have got the fingerprint resistant. LG customer service is great. The phone diagnostic thing is very cool.

    DON'T BUY OPEN BOX!!!!

    We bought this fridge as an open box, it had a dent but was not bad, it was labeled "Satisfactory" on the sticker, and we thought it was a great buy. We took it home the same day and really liked it. But after 3 weeks we noticed it was leaking water and the ice maker did not work. Called to get it serviced as it was under warranty by frigidaire, they quickly set a date and we thought, ok well we should still be ok. They came and in about 15 mins they told us that it was unrepairable. We were pretty upset a 3-week-old unit is unrepairable and we thought the company would try their best to blame everyone else but to our surprise, they approved a replacement, and faith in the company was restored (quick back story we left LG for poor quality so we thought frigidaire would be better). They told us to go back to Bestbuy to start the replacement process, there was some confusion but it was sorted out but they told us that the best they could do is give the credit of the purchase price of the fridge to apply to the replacement and we would have to pay back the difference. I don't know why they call it an "exchange" if they only credit you back what you paid for. We just don't have luck on our side when it comes to fridges. LG has poor quality (lasted about 5yrs before it was unrepairable) Frigidaire has the worst quality I have ever seen (lasted 3-weeks before it was unrepairable) We'll just move on to GE next let's hope it lasts.

    Top ice maker doesn't make much ice so very glad there is the bottom one. Doors came very crooked and they could not adjust them right. Items freeze if pushed to back of refrigerator. Water is room temp and not cold.

Set the freezer control to a colder setting to improve ice production. Allow 24 hours for the temperature to stabilize. The ice maker is on (green light); it produces 2 to 2.5 pounds of ice in a 24-hour period. Ensure the water supply is on, or check if the water pressure is too low or the freezer is not cold enough.     Not the best refrigerator out there . The quality of shelfs are cheap . The spacing between the shelf is not great . The cheese drawer is not good quality either.

    Worst purchase ever!!! Less than 3 months and its already broken. The front display just showing OFF and the refrigerator is not cooling. Performed all resets and its not working. Technician to come in 3 days after all food goes bad, talk about loosing over $600 in food. No point on calling manufacturer or Best buy, no one can come earlier. Save your money and frustration.

    Water leaks inside the refrigerator. They replaced with new one. The new one has the same problem. Geek squad ordered new pet to replace. I am going to return it for a different brand.
