Absolutely love this double oven. The features are amazing. I purchased the air fry tray and it works perfect. This unit takes place of so many different kitchen appliances. The quick preheat and the preprogrammed preset temps are also great features. Looks very nice in kitchen as well. We previously had a Wolf Oven and I was worried I would miss my Wolf. So many features and baked great there's nothing to miss.

Absolutely awesome oven. Would definitely buy again. First, it's a beautiful addition to my kitchen. Easy to install. Easy to use. Multiple cook setting including airfry for cleaner eating. We bake most of our foods and this oven makes life so much easier. We also have a large family, so the double airfry/ convection was absolutely the right choice. We have had it installed and been using approximately 6 months now and I could not be happier with my purchase. If you are on the fence about this purchase, just do it! You wont regret it.

This oven took a few months to arrive due to chain supply issues. I replaced an old Frigidaire Electrolux unit with the same brand. I didn’t have to modify the existing hole. It fits perfectly. A couple of my favorite favorites are the no pre heat feature and the air fryer. It also has two ways of self cleaning, steam and heat. Good buy and looks upscale.

I bought this oven to replace a Kenmore unit I had purchased 12 year ago. This oven is awesome. Love it, love it, love it. I have used it several times on bake and air fry. Works great. Love the air fry and the temp probe feature. They work great together. Say you want a steak cooked to a perfect medium. You just insert the probe into the middle of one steak set the temp to 145 and air fry. The oven will cook the steak and shut off when the internal temp reaches 145. Doesn't take long either. I haven't tried the other features like steam bake, steam clean, ect. I am sure they will be up to snuff as well. The only thing I can complain about was buying the total tech membership to get the free install the having to install it myself. The installers who contracted with Best Buy were very lazy and from the minute they walked in started looking for ways to get out of installing the appliances I had purchased. They came in removed my old appliances loaded them on there truck and then started stating reasons they couldn't install the new ones. Then when I told them to just put the old ones back they refused saying they would be liable if anything went wrong. I called Total tech and they were very nice and gave me back some money for the install. My advice, buy the appliances but either plan on installing them yourself or have a real professional lined up to do the job. I uploaded two pics to show how the installers left in and one to show how it looks after I installed it.

This is truly am amazing oven! It Bakes, it Broils, it Steam Cooks, it Dehydrates, it's a Convection oven and an Air-Fry oven. It does it all! And best of all, there are 2 ovens. I can cook 2 turkeys, or a large turkey and a large ham or roast at the same time. Six adjustable racks in all. It was not my first choice, I was all set to spend five times what this one cost, but my wife did her reseach and Wow, what a great deal! It alerts you when you pre-heat temp is reached, it even turns itself off when your cook time is reached. If you're tight on space but need a BIG oven, this is the one for you.

Double ovens arrived today after being without for 2 months. Delivery men were excellent removed old unit and installed the new one. Very happy with the look and operational features. I have always had Fridgedaire products and if not for a severe electrical power surge my older ones also worked great. Disappointed that no air fryer pan came with unit.

Not only is this oven beautiful looking, this oven bakes, broils, and even has an air fryer Now there’s less clutter on my granite countertops and everything’s working out just great. And the gentlemen who installed my unit was very honest and I also recommend him. His name is Ivan, he represents Pacific Sales.

A great oven using convection. Easy to use. So many modes. Air frying is great. Bought a special rack to air fry. Also got a pizza stone - the pizza is crispy and well cooked. I can't believe how bad my old oven way. It is like we went into the future with this model.

So many great features built in to this oven. Air fryer, convection, steam baking etc. Oven looks great too. Just had problems with installation. First two had to be returned and waiting on the third. Hopefully they can do it right this next time.

This double oven has great features. Easy controls, multiple cooking functions and a great look made it our choice. We are big fans of sous vide cooking, but had never heard of 'air sous vide'. Well, it works, and it works well. We won't ever use the water bath again.

Everything about this oven is average. It's functional, but it's not well done. The user interface is functional, but not well done, and certainly will confuse some elderly and autism spectrum individuals. It confuses my mom, but she has been able to get used to it. I did have to buy her a touch-screen pen because for some reason her fingers don't activate this oven's touch screen very well. She has some calluses on her finger tips so that seems to be a problem. The oven doors close properly, but they don't sit even with each other when closed. You could never install this in a high-end luxury kitchen, but for a middle class Chevy Chase contractor-grade home, it's as good as you can expect. The plastic film that protects the metal surfaces on the doors and oven frame can't be fully peeled off in some places because the metal parts were assembled together without peeling the film back first, so in some places the film is 'caught' under the metal pieces, leaving an ugly torn piece of plastic film that can't be fully removed, but you can get most of it removed if you pick at it long enough. The oven racks come with a warning that you must remove them before you do a self-cleaning cycle. This is of course inconvenient. Installation would be a lot more easy if the oven sat on some simple cheap roller wheels, but no, for several thousand dollars you don't get that. You do however get some hand-holds in the sides of the oven, so that's better than nothing. The manufacturer does not currently provide a web site showing a parts diagram, and the manufacturer's list of replacement parts only shows a half dozen or so parts, so you may end up needing to go to a 3rd party for most of your replacement parts needs. Maybe if you call up Frigidaire on the phone they can find you replacement parts, but come on, it's 2023 and they don't have an on-line interface for you to order most replacement parts on this oven. No idea how easy it might be to replace some of the heating elements that are buried inside the oven - the manufacturer web site does not provide any service instructions. I could have bought a higher-end brand on sale for a couple hundred less than this Frigidaire, but I went with the Frigidaire instead because Frigidaire seems to have more market share, so for my future service needs there should be better parts availability from 3rd party vendors. Also, while it is just an average appliance, it does at least seem like it might be reliable - simplicity = reliability. I looked up replacement parts for a competing brand and I found that brand was using a wire-wound power-supply transformer... which if you know anything about electronics, you know how that style of transformer has a tendency to destroy electronics when the lights flicker on and off... Our last oven (different brand) got fried because the power flickered on and off a few times. Since then we've installed a whole-house surge protector to help protect our appliances, but even a surge protector can't protect an appliance from destroying it's self when that appliance has a wire-wound transformer as a power supply. This Frigidaire does not seem to use a wire-wound power supply transformer (at least not that I could find in the 3rd party replacement parts list) so I'm hoping it will last longer as a result. I'm in a state with low quality electric power, so, that is a concern for me. But yeah, overall, I would say the biggest disappointment on this oven is the user interface. It's very simple and basic, and it just feels like more effort should have been put into user experience. Don't get me wrong, it works, it's just very basic. Even the buying experience was very average - it was difficult to find practical information about what features are and are not provided on this oven. It would also be nice if manufacturers would commit, in writing, to providing spare parts for let's say, 30 years... but they don't... 10 years from now if a power surge knocks out the computer board, who knows if Frigidaire will sell me a replacement... probably not... So that's why I bought this oven - Frigidaire seems to have the most market share, so hopefully that will translate into better after-market support years down the road, because I know I can not count on Frigidaire, or any other OEM, to support what they sell decades from now...

This is my very first double oven and it is nothing short of amazing! Not only is the design striking, but the cooking features and temperature functions make everything perfect!
