||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Stepped up from 18 to this 25,000 BTU unit after a tree smashed my previous unit in a storm. Enjoy it's larger capacity to cool. Eventually found out the unit is a slide out chassis and uses it's own cover for a thru the wall installation. Had to contact Frigidaire to get this information...it was not printed on any of the spec sheets. Hope this helps and prospective buyers. Impressive unit.
