This product has a sleek design and has a beautiful finish

Bought this at Best Buy who matched a PC Richard price. My prior Frigidaire died after about 3 years and the price for this was about the same as the repair cost. This time also bought the extended warranty. Note I did not buy the prior microwave at Best Buy. I went there because I have had only good experiences with them. They were even able to deliver a week earlier than I originally expected and ahead of schedule on the day of the appointment.

This microwave have been great so far. No complaints.

I have owned this microwave for 4 years and have needed repair service on 6 different occasions. Thank goodness I purchased the extended warranty because the magnetron tube died after a little over 1 year. I purchased this microwave to match the rest of my Frigidaire Professional series appliances. I have also had problems with the other Frigidaire appliances, especially the dishwasher. The dishwasher motor died after two years. The dishwasher racks prongs have major rust issues. I will never buy a Frigidaire product again.

I bought this microwave 1.5 years ago. Brand new, was excited because my entire kitchen was all Frigidaire professional series. Having spent top dollar for top of the line appliances, I expected this to last me a long time. The Magnetron was dead. all the buzzing noise with heating the food. When my microwave died, I called frigidaire for help. They flat out denied me. They need a longer warranties for high end appliances.
