An over $8 thousand dollar purchase, beautiful unit; unfortunately I kept getting the run around regarding the installation of the trim kit. I was charged for the installation during the purchase, and then ended up being referred else where for installation, ending up paying over $800 for installation. Such a headache every time I made a phone call regarding the purchase installation . Have been a Best Buy customer for years, never had a bad experience until now.

Best Buy delivered my refrigerator and freezer separate units. The freezer was fine and they installed that, however the refrigerator was cracked on the inside and the outside back corner was damaged like to fell of the truck. The delivery guys took the refrigerator back however they miss labeled the return as a freezer. I received noticed that my freezer will be delivered again. I told them no I need the refrigerator. I had to go into Best Buy to get everything corrected. It looks like I have to wait another month for my refrigerator to be delivered.

Here we are, less than a year of ownership and I've lost hundreds of dollars in food when the unit went out overnight! Review.. easy to find so here you go.. link to support to get it fixed.. still searching! DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP!

Multiple issues with this refrigerator. We have had to replace it in under 2 years, and have found several other people with the same problems. It seems like the company is aware, hopefully future models will not have so many issues.

Works great so far!!! Had another one but never worked, luckilyElectrolux refunded my cost for the original and I bought this one!!!
