Please know that it's important for us to hear if our products are meeting our consumers' expectations. The temperature is factory preset to provide satisfactory food storage temperatures. However, the temperature control is adjustable to provide a range of temperatures for your personal satisfaction. To adjust the temperature colder, turn the control knob toward the higher number setting. After each movement, allow 24 hours for the unit to adjust. If the unit is still not cold enough, repeat until the desired temperature is achieved. After each movement of the control knob, allow the unit to adjust for 24 hours. Should you need further assistance, you can contact us by live chat or by phone at 1-800-374-4432. Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST, at your convenience. ~Sam

He had it for at least 24hours, plugged in, and wanted to return it because the 3 drinks he had in there during that time frame did not get cold at all, even though the system was plugged in and running that whole duration. It’s a nice small unit that’s sturdy and looks nice but does not perform well apparently & unfortunately did end up returning back.

It will hold 6 if you put them in sideways and take out the shelf in the middle. It is cute and tiny but pointless.

Awesome mini fridge

Leaks water

The condensation is caused either by the door not being closed properly OR the door is being opened frequently allowing warm humid air into the unit where it condenses into water.
Check that the gasket has not shifted and that the door is being closed tightly.
