I rent and the refrigerator in the house is cheap. It has an icemaker but no filter. The ice tasted bad so I gave this filter a shot. Its worked great, ice taste much better, and its easy to install. Win all the way around.

I installed this product for my refrigerator icemaker about a month ago and so far so good. Installation was so easy and I can definitely taste the difference in the ice so far. I'm hoping this filter lasts for a while but since it was so cheap, it wouldn't bother me too much to get another one. The only tricky part was I did have to buy an additional tube/hose but it was easy to find and really cheap. Very little risk here.

Easy to install, good water filter for a good price.

I have used these filters for many years at work so I was already familiar with how well they work. They remove smells and bad tastes from our ice cubes of our refrigerator, that's all I can ask for.

The filter isn't overly expensive and it is fairly easy to install.

my old one went out so i bought this one thinking i wasnt going to get the same quality as the original but was i wrong, just as good. especially for the price

This filter works fine for the type of filter that goes behind/outside the fridge. It's pretty easy to install. Just annoying to have to move the fridge so you can get behind it and the wall. The "beware" part is on Best Buy. I ordered two, and one of them had been opened and repackaged. I will be going out of my way to return it to a store. Defeats the purpose of ordering online.
