Took more than 60 days to deliver

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the set of pedestals on November 16, 2019, with a scheduled delivery on December 1, 2019, but was forced to wait until January 25, 2020 to receive them. During that time I received several text scheduling and cancelling the delivery and made 4 to 5 trips to the store to get status. On my last trip which was to the mall of Ga store one of the supervisors looked at account, acknowledged something was wrong and made the commitment they would resolve it give me a call to let me know current status and solid delivery date. He also stated he would do something "special" to make it up. I never heard back from him. Best buy finally delivered the pedestals, when I unfortunately could not be there but wife was available. I assumed, which I shouldn't have, they would of installed them to make up for the extended wait, but of course that did not happen. We were able to install per the instructions, however the washer rattles terribly during the spin cycle. This because the padding has to be removed from the pedestal due to the open bottom of the washer which exposes the engine. Between the extended wait for delivery, false promises from best buy staff, and performance of the product I would not recommend it or best buy.

Wrong pedestal sent to me.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sturdy and looks nice. The overall show of the room has increased. The 31-7/8" depth is misprint. The real depth is 27.5". But still it is more that what it should be. Because the dryer vent pipe needs space to pass, a less deeper will result in more space in the back. The drawer is wider and deeper than my other pedestal but the height being less I cannot store detergent or other gallon bottles inside.
