Another classic in the making...our daughter LOVES this movie and has since it came out...we enjoy watching it with her once a month at least

My kids love this movie. They can watch this back to back for days. Also has features to play only the music video of songs only. The girls absolutely love it!

Everything I expect from Disney and more. The sound quality is amassing, and the picture quality was perfect. The only disappointment was that it wasn't in 3D.

Kids love this movie. You will memorize every song and sing it over and over. The story is different and values family, particularly the love between siblings.

Great Disney adventure, good songs that are easy to singalong with! The story moves quickly and glosses over some of the childhood stuff, but overall, great!

This was a gift for my sister to use in her vehicle when transporting children. The kids enjoy it and my sister sings a long.

My daughter and I watch Frozen almost every night. We sing all the songs and laugh at every joke. I would definitely add this to the family movie collection.

Generally I find a wide selection of movies. Sometimes hard to locate in store. The staff is willing to help, but I've had the experience more than once that they can't find what I'm looking for and give up. I've been persistent and found the item (I've even located things for other customers when the staff couldn't find it). The prices are usually reasonable.

Frozen is a wonderful movie and was a great addition to my library. Best Buy made it easier because of the rewards program which I used to defer the cost.
