It's been out for a while and figured we'd give it a shot for the children. The movie isn't like normal Disney movies in the sense that you need a man to be a strong Disney princess. Highly recommended for little girls and boys alike, I like how it calls out that you can't fall in love in a night. And that it empowers the strength of siblings bond and that you can't rush love.

This movie tells a story of someone trying to control what makes them special or unique. They have always been told to hide it or keep it hidden since what makes them special is different and people might not like it. I think everyone could relate to the message of Frozen and resonate with the idea that we don't have to hide what makes us unique, we can share it with those that truly care about us and celebrate what makes us unique.

Great and fun new movie. The music in it was Broadway quality ! Have watched with the kids so many times already. Have suggested that my friends Che k it out and pick it up for their kids. Sure to be another great Walt Disney hit. Just fun and entertaining for the entire family. The story line was new and differant then the usual two sisters torn apart but still held together by their bond for ea h other both were great charactors.

So my 7 year old - very athletic, outdoors-y, boy boy loves this movie! Usually it's hard for him to sit through a movie unless it REALLY peaks his interest but he saw this in the theater with his grandma and really wanted the DVD. He said it's his favorite movie - which was really surprising to me because it seemed more "Disney Princess" to me than boy favorite but he loves it! I think most kids will really like it...very sweet.

This is one of the best movies Disney has released in a long, long time. The music is good even though I prefer less music in a movie and there's plenty of humor to counter some of the inevitable cheesiness that goes along with the music. It is unfortunate they don't plan to release in 3D. I understand 3D hasn't taken off like producers had hoped but given the instant classic nature of Frozen, it would be nice to have the option.

Watched this when it first came out and truly enjoyed every moment of this film, so when I knew that they were going to release it on 4K I had to pick it up because the picture and audio quality are so much better, and the steelbook is beautiful. Frozen is definitely going to make it into the ranks of Disney's Classic movies.

As a big fan of Disney animation, Frozen is already an instant classic. This movie strikes a great balance between being light-hearted and profound. I especially liked the direction of not polarizing Elsa to be evil. I'm happy with the overall production of this movie, but I would've liked to have seen more special features about the making of the movie and not just be teased by the musical interlude with the stars of the movie.

I at first thought that the movie was a little expensive but for my grandson it didn't really matter. Once I got it home and opened I realised that it was actually 2 movies in 1 case. I had a blue ray disc and a DVD disc. I was able to send the DVD disc home with my grandson and keep the Blue Ray at my house so he can enjoy the movie at both houses without having to transport it back and forth. Great overall value!!!

Frozen is a very vivid and appealing animated movie. Two of the songs, "Let it Go" and "Do You Want to Build a Snowman" are extremely catchy. "Let it Go" is the best song that Disnet has ever produced. The plot is a bit too sad. I don't like the thought of two sisters being raised in isolation away from each other, but I guess that's not as harsh as being abandoned by your parents and nearly being cooked and eaten by a witch.

Overall Disney's "Frozen" is an excellent animated film that once again provides clear example of unparalleled animation that no other film studio can compare (keep in mind Disney owns Pixar). The Blu-ray is flawless in both audio and visual reproduction and adds new life to Frozen with a bevy of bonus extras like a gift that keeps giving. Truly, this is a film families can enjoy together; adults and kids equally entertained.

I first saw this film in a theater and, as usual, I was most impressed with the animation in this Disney film. The voices were also terrific especially the actresses, Kristen Bell and Idina Menzel. Idina Menzel's vocal performance is exceptional and "Let it Go" is very deserving of its Oscar. Disney seems to have the secret to rewriting fairy tales into more elaborate and interesting stories and they have done it again here.

Nicely made steelbook. The finish is on the glossy side. The artwork is beautiful and I like how the discs have artwork on them as well. This is a great collector's item and a no-brainer for the sale price of $5. Although this movie is streaming in 4K, digital streaming still can't beat the quality of physical media.

I really enjoyed the movie. I really liked how the movie is not what it seems. It demonstrates the love of siblings for one another. How a sister would sacrifice her happiness to protect her sister. The movie displays the darker side of people too . There's always someone out there who is trying to scheme their way to the top. People looking for the easy way. I recommend the movie. Do you want to build a snowman? Ahhhh ),

It's not secret that Disney Animation Studios has struggled to find it's voice since the partnership was formed with Pixar with the first Toy Story movie. After years of trying different approaches they finally found a creative balance of good music, interesting story, and compelling characters. It's the perfect movie for families, as adults will enjoy this one as much as kids. Buy this movie, no questions, just buy it.

I am a disney fan and I'm a grandma. I took my granddaughter to see this movie at the theatre even though she had already seen it. I knew it was going to be great and she enjoyed it again. Very entertaining for all ages and unlike so many other Disney movies, the villain wasn't scary. This movie was about love saving love and family. Couldn't wait for the dvd to come out and to date we have watched it another 4 times!

After over a year of my 3 year old granddaughter referring to me as Anna (red hair) and her as Elsa (blond hair), I decided I needed to buy the video and watch it. So far, I have watched it 7 times by myself! I love this video, it is nicely made and it's something my granddaughter and I love to watch together especially now as the cold weather is upon us and the days are shorter.

My eight year old daughter went with her nana to see this when it first came out... she insisted we had to buy it as soon as it was out on blu-ray! I don't typically purchase movies for my kids unless I have personally seen them, but I had heard nothing but positive things about this movie. I am glad I listened because our family loves it, even my three year old son! We listen to the songs almost every single day.

The movie was great. It had my family entertained with the singing and dancing. Great excitement. A plus for us, is the fact that after the movie we had chores to do around the house. Normally we have to handle the kids. But with this movie they stayed watching and re playing it. And we were able to clean up and get dinner ready. And they were perfectly fine not into any trouble at all. Thank you Disney and bestbuy.

"Frozen" has a tightly-woven, fascinating plot, and characters that you really care for. There are several unexpected twists to the story that make it a film you can watch many times over and enjoy each time. The Scandinavian setting for the story is a nice variation, the best since "Mulan." The music is good and the songs fit the plot beautifully. I hope that the Disney studio does more films of this high quality.
