The box was not new. Inside was only five packs. It was no use calling the customer. Bad experience. I need it asap that why I didn't make a big deal about it. Please check the product before sending out to customer.

Tried 4 different packs and they all come out black. Tried the other pack I ordered & they work great! Very very disappointed that I wasted that much money!!

I’ve wasted so much film and the camera still didn’t work. Pictures are to dark to see.

I’m not completely sure if it’s good film. The camera I purchased with it is defected and I wasn’t able to get good pictures.

waste of money keep your money leave this product on the shelf. so glad my daughter grew out of the stupid polaroid camera nostalgia trend

Not sure if the camera is an issue or the film itself, the quality of image on the film isn’t extremely poor. 1/2 pack wasted because nothing came out. Returned product.

Not worth your money. I had to throw away some of the pictures because of them were defective.

It seems cheap but they are not, because almost all of them are defective. All pictures came overexposed.

Unfortunately the camera requires film and there isn't much choice. Granddaughter wanted the camera as Xmas gift. Couldn't give the camera with ability to take pictures.

My only beef is the instant film (pictures) are very small. If the manufacturer can increase the size a bit, it would be better. Other than that the film worked as intended.

Only some work and came out nicely clear picture. It’s a gift for my friend so very disappointed in this.

I like my camera and the film just wish the color was sometimes a little bit more vibrant. With these all your photos look like true old Polaroids.

My daughter loved all the fun borders on this film. She took lots of pictures with her friends, but several of them never developed.

My photos come out dark & blurry. I'm not sure if I have the setting wrong but I tried taking pictures inside & outside.

All of my film came out black. I was only able to get four okay picture out of the whole 60 pack. I not the best.

A lot of the packs had bad film. The picture would just come out white and some with just black ink marks and the rest white.

I know it's the novelty of the product. But when they attract tweens, I am really wanting a cheaper supply source.

Every image comes out really dark. Better off buying the ones in the green packages

My daughter likes it very much. She is having fun taking easy and fast pictures.
