This scanner is fast, efficient, light and 100% reliable. This is my second one. I can't imagine a need to buy any other machine that is more expensive . I use them both at work and at home. It is one of the few purchases I have ever made that lasts and lasts.

This scanner I bought to replace another I have used for about six years. After reading reviews and speaking with others who use the Scan Snap I purchased it and am happy I did. This product is fast to load it's software on my Window 10 platform, fast to scan, and offers a variety of storage and data management options, which the other product did not. I use a cloud service to store data on that I already pay for so haven't added the hidden cost of backup to the product price. I tried the included organizational software to start with (which was easy to use) but switched to a custom filing system which works better for me. This is a great product and a super value for anyone wanting to organize a small business office without spending much money. I give it 5 stars!

Purchased this scanner as an upgrade from a Xerox DocuMate 152 that had finally bought the farm. This Fujitsu definitely looks better and folds up to take up less space on my desk. The scan quality is great for documents and the software included is leaps and bounds easier to use than the Xerox software.

The ScanSnap scanner was easy to install and very easy to use. It works great for all the items I need to scan.

This is my second of this model scanner. The first one lasted 10 years and we used it everyday, with multiple 20+ page documents. The improvements they have made make it even faster and easier to use. It converts to PDF for ease with emailing the documents. Over all I'm extremely pleased with this purchase!

Fujitsu ScanSnap ix500 is a great little scanner. It is fast...it has great resolution. I like that it scans to pdf format. I can put different size documents in and it scans without jamming. Now I see why these are so popular!

Performs well. Scans quickly and clearly. Easy options to scan to - pdf, cloud, file...really whatever you want. touch of a button operation. nice heavy duty feeling construction.

Really fast feed scanning both sides with one pass. Easy to set up but I feel it is over priced.

I provide IT support to a firm that requires the scanning of multiple documents daily. I have been using the Fujitsu Scanners for the past 7 years and these are flawless. They are simple to install and configure. They scan at a fast rate. The detail is exact. The ability to save a s searchable PDFs is built-in, and we have been quite successful in reducing our paper inventory drastically since we now store only e-copies of the documents after being scanned. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to purchase an extremely dependable, high-speed scanning device that takes up little space.

I love this little scanner - quickly scans documents, duplex and color read capability. Software allows you to scan to pdf, Word, Excel among other programs. This is a wonderful device - highly recommended!

I put these all over the place in my company for anyone needing to do any real scanning. They are quick and scan quality is amazing. They also last much longer than anything else I have put out there.

Love the space footprint and speed of the scanner. The phone app is a nice addition to make things easy on the go.

We use these scanners in our office and they are extremely efficient. Scan great, auto detects if there is content on the back of a page. Software is easy to use.

Anyone that I ever talked to about professional scanners told me to purchase this scanner. I have not been let down. You can scan both sides at the same time, scan documents of various sizes into the same file, and it gets it all done very quickly. The only jams I've ever experienced were because I left a staple in the document. Don't bother looking at any other scanners, just get this one. This is my second one.

If you are looking for a good quality, easy to use desk scanner, this is the best choice. I have 6 of these at various desks for users that need one-off scans throughout their workflow. They are really well built and last for a long time. The only downside is they are expensive.
