This scanner is the best!!
My job calls for heavy scanning. This machine is so simple, so easy. Always works. Never jams. Oh and if you scan a document that the software app believes a problem exist, it provides you an option to keep it and continue scanning. I can't say enough positive about this scanner.

Perfect desktop scanner
I got this to replace a Neat Desk scanner after they stopped letting me use the scanner without a paid subscription. This is the perfect device. Fast and easy install, no hassle. This scanner scans super fast and the included software makes sending to a file or email effortless. I don't generally use the WIFI scanning but that piece works way better than any wireless scanners I've used in the past. Very easy to set up.

Easy to use.
The cost is a little pricey, but I'm very happy I spent the money for a quality scanner. It is easy to use, setup, and takes little space. Originally, I wanted a scanner that could feed 100 pages.; the ScanSnap's feeder only takes 50 pages. But it is easy to add more pages to a document that has already been scanned and it's easy to delete any pages within a document that has been scanned. The software is similar to PowerPoint where the panes are on the left side of the document. This makes it easy to scan more pages in and/or delete pages, because you can click on the pane where you want to add a page and the software will ask "below or above the highlighted page". So far I haven't had any problems.
