Zack and his assistant were good at setting up my stand and TV. Just wish they had brought a new TV the first time and not an 'Open Box". The second time it was quick and set up was good. I am satisfied now!!!

WOW!! the guys were so good!! Came and got right to work. Assembled it nicely; they were kind and considerate . They followed all the Covid precautions. Then showed me how to work the fireplace . They are a credit to the Geek Squad!

I ordered a desk and it was assembled at my home. The representatives did a good job. It took a long time to assemble, although it was done very well. Thank you.

The techs that assembled the Galaxy stand with mount did an excellent job. There were a few connector pins that did not fit properly and they were able to work through the issue and did not cause any damage to the stand. They placed the stand where I wanted it and cleaned up the area they assembled the stand in before departing and asked if there were anything else they that needed done related to the stand.

The Geek Squad assembled and set up the television and stand. They were very efficient and completed the task to my satisfaction in a timely manner. After completion, they reviewed everything with me to make sure I understood how to operate the television.

I didn't know that Geek Squad actually offers TV Stand Console assembly. I got if for free with my total tech membership and it's definitely worth it. The agent did great work.
