    They did not assemble my other purchases which was a computer desk computer chair and a file cabinet. They stated they did not have enough time and they were not advise of the other items that needed to be assembled

    The agents took their time putting the furniture together but at least we didn't have to do it! One of the drawers sticks but I'm not sure it was their fault. It may have been the furniture manufacturer.

    There were TWO missed appointments for assembly. My sister was staying at nearby hotel. to supervise assembly as I am disabled. One time assembly people said that their truck broke down My sister said she could send Uber to pick up the guys to bring them here. They declined.
