My agent gave excellent service with setting up my TV

The guys came early to deliver and assemble.. they assembled outside I guess to not make a mess in my place. Very nice guys..

THEY MISSED THEIR FIRST APPOINTMENT, BUT AFTER THAT EVERYTHING WAS GOOD.

The Television stand was delivered and assembled by the Geek squad and 2 very professional guys did good and fast work

It was easy to assemble. The quality of the product is excellent. The Tech people did an outstanding job.

Well worth the extra charge. Fast, efficient and courteous. Very impressive.

The agent who came to my home not only could not diagnose an issue with one of the pieces of the equipment; but was incredibly rude. I asked politely for an update since we were approx 4.5 hours into the installation. What followed was a series of nasty, condescending remarks that there was nothing he could do, "You could get the new part yourself," etc. I find that for someone in my home who is kind to my husband but rude to me to be completely unacceptable. The next agent that came several days later to replace the part was wonderful, very sweet and knowledgeable and fixed the "unsolvable problem" in minutes. Out of 3 encounters with the geek squad in my home, the first and last were very knowledgeable and friendly. I only hope whoever was there for the majority of the install never has to return to my home, he is not welcomed.

The unit was installed fast and efficiently. The techs installed all my nephews devices. Great job!

Don't assemble the do it yourself furniture unless you're very handy, have a lot of time on your hands and extremely patient!! The Geek Squad associates came to my home to assemble a Corner TV Stand and they did an Excellent job!! Nice guys, courteous and very well skilled at putting this piece of furniture together. They had to make adjustments from what the directions said and some of the pieces of laminated particle board needed to be trimmed and repositioned! Don't do this alone! Let them do it! I'm very handy, but these assemble at home pieces of furniture have so many parts and it can be overwhelming! They did such a great job, the piece looks like an expensive piece of furniture! The doors open and close properly and I've heard a lot of people who did it themselves complain that things came out crooked and it looks cheap! LET THE GEEK SQUAD DO IT! IT'S WELL WORTH THE MONEY YOU'LL SPEND FOR THEIR SERVICE!! Plus, they cleaned up and took out all of the shipping materials and boxes! I usually get the Geek Squad Service or Extended Warranties for most of the items I purchase at Best Buy and it's been well worth the investment in the the long run.

I had a special issue with my pieces and this squad did a great job of resolving the problem, all with smiles on their faces!

Having installation is worth the money for trouble shooting and instruction. Bill was knowledgeable, respectful and helpful.

gyes were very helpful willing to remove my old t.v. and set up new t.v. stand and put t.v. on stand.
