It was not a HT set-up! We were (are having an issue with our wifi since getting greenlight. The technician did a speed test and told us we should contact Greenlight. Greenlight had us do a speed test connecting directly to our computer which showed the internet speed coming into hour house was where it should be and said the technician should have check that before announcing what the problem is. The EERO router we have is the one Greenlight recommends so I called EERO and they told me to get a different wire to connect to our Direct TV. I have done this but it has made no difference. Very frustrating!
