Geek squad unboxed and assembled my new TV cabinet with no damage. Very courteous and professional.

It would seem that the installers that serviced us did not care for the treatment of the furniture as best as they could. We had a chip and 2 scratches in our tv stand that came from installers not placing something like a cloth over the furniture when they laid several tools down while working. Then stated if we got another delivered it would probably be worse.

Paid extra for assembly and scheduled in home service. No one showed up and/or called to say we need to reschedule. We called and were told it was a 3rd party company and they didn’t have anyone available that day. You’d think an appointment scheduled 2 weeks out that someone would have arranged to have a person available. Now we are supposed to wait another 2 weeks? Very disappointed with how this was handled.
