Agent was rude and not trained well easily aggravated and a screw is coming through the front

Did not come when scheduled. Did not call to reschedule never heard from them.
Installation appointments oftentimes require our customers to take time away from work or other engagements, so I can absolutely understand your frustration if we missed your appointment and I apologize for it. moved and had geek squad remount. have large screws exposed and the tech didn't care that it's that way. I don't feel valued as a customer.

I purchased furniture assembly and when he got there, he wanted $215 more to mount the TV to the stand that we bought from them. The stand came with a mount not 2 inches off the table itself. He also wanted extra to haul off the old TV which is included in the original Geek Squad package I bought. Will never buy from them again much less use the Useless Squad. I could have done that all for free myself if I didn't work so much. NEVER AGAIN. NOT WORTH IT! DON'T USE IT.

I ordred a TV stand and Geek Squad assembly. Geek Squad was scheduled but didn't show. When inquiring I was told that the service was not paid for, so I paid again and re-scheduled. After checking, I found that I HAD paid. Spent the last several hours speaking to various Geeks, but still don't have a good answer. I hope the Geek shows up this time. I will never do business with Best Buy again.

I paid to have Best Buy assemble my TV stand because I have a bad back, and I needed it assembled at the time they delivered it with the new TV. The two installers did a perfect job and cleaned up every bit of packing material when they were done.
