Love my fireplace tv stand. I use it every night while watching tv. It is the next best thing to having a real fireplace.

Excellent service. The gentleman that were here very help. He put my stand together that I purchased from Best Buy. Was to small for TV. Salesmen at store said it would be big enough

I have had several geek squad technicians: Anthony for computer, Shane for TV, Adrien for TV stand. All did great job. Went to store yesterday and got excellent customer service.

I knew I was not going to be in town, when the Scheduled delivery date was made for the TV, Console, soundbar, surge protector and cables were to be delivered for my Mom in Reno. So I had prepaid for the Geek squad to come out and set up the 55" Tv system for my Mom. All went well except the delivered the wrong console. I called up from Calif. told them of the mistake and they re-ordered the correct console and credited me with $50 for the error on there part. That shows the company is sincere in there products and backs up there mistakes. Geek squad did a great job in setting the system all up.

The installer assembled the stand, hooked up Apple TV and a new BluRay player, and connected all to my home theater and subwoofer. I did nothing, it was great.

Agent assemble my computer desk, had all the tools required to assemble it. Did a great job!

Efficient & completes my console unit for my television

I chose to have this product assembled for me to save time and effort. The Geek Squad had it put together in no time!

The 2 geek squad agents did my 65" TV install, mounted on the wall, and connected to my devices. They did an outstanding job!!! They took the time to explain how to use the TV and answered all my questions as there were so much features with the smart TV. On the wall mount, they also explained how it was done and ensured that it was in correct place for my viewing. In addition, they were patient, friendly and very professional, they were great! Thank you Shane & Jared!

Guys were courteous, friendly, efficient and professional. Everything works great! Even showed a better way to use my AV equipment and hooked it up to use with fewer steps. Very pleased!
