Terrific portable hard drive

lightweight, good capacity

I used to use LaCie drives, but have stayed away from them ever since they were bought by Seagate. The G-Technology drives seem to operate very well.

Great for my 2016 MacBook Pro

I like that this drive has a USB-C connector and is bus-powered so I don't have to worry about power and can use it on the road. I've got a few of these and use them for time machine backups and storing audio and video files. Next up, getting the SSD version, too.
