it works like a microwave should, love the look :)

if u like the old dial up u will love this the color is beautiful but the power is slow doesnt hot that good

I was so excited to get my microwave! But I only got to use it for a week or so before it started smoking and the display started flashing. (For impressions of the microwave itself, head to the bottom of the review.) ____________ Topics: Burnt-out Microwave 15-Day Return Policy Galanz Warranty Process Since I was out of town when my family received it, we hadn't used it much before BestBuy's 15-day return policy ran out. Instead, I have to go through the warranty process with Galanz to "return" the item. Let me tell you, you don't want to deal with Galanz's warranty. Their customer service is great, but cutting the plug off to mail it back to them on your own dime? No exchanges, only refunds (minus any tax and fees of course)? We're out $10 because their product was faulty. I won't be able to bring myself to get small appliances from BestBuy without a 30 day return policy to back them up, and I definitely can't justify buying from Galanz again when their warranty doesn't "make me whole" after receiving a defective product. ____________ Topic: Product Use Learning the dial and buttons on this microwave took more time than if I'd just gotten a boring-looking one, but it wasn't hard to master. It also ended up being pretty easy changing from our 1000 watt microwave to this 700 watt one. I thought it was going to be a pain, but it wasn't. Product-wise, keep in mind that because of the dial, this microwave won't be as accurate as others. You can only set cook times in multiples of 10 seconds, so cook times have to end in 0 (so there goes reheating my pizzas for 45 seconds). That honestly didn't bother me much. I never ended up with burnt food with having to go a little over time with the heating. ____________ Topic: Appearance It looks super cute. The inside is white and clean looking--a little smaller than I was used to, but I never had issues fitting anything into it. The colors Best Buy shows in their images are fairly true to life (for the surf green anyway). I didn't find that to be always true with other retailers, so they have that going for them. (PS: Don't use the word f*art in a review. It's "inappropriate language.")

Does the job but poor packaging means it arrived with multiple scratches and poor design means the protective coating has a lot of air bubbles and comes completely away on the air vents.

This microwave looks very cute in my small studio. If you're looking for something that heats up your food fast, this is not it. This microwave takes forever to warm up food. You have to use double the time you normally would.

It wouldn’t heat. The lights and displays were on, but the oven was out of order. I returned it and got my refund

Very bad quality, one month using it and the lamp is already not working and takes so long to get the food warm.

It’s only been 3 weeks and it’s been totally broken down. Buttons working, but not the microwave. Disappointed!

The first one burn"t up cooking micro wave dinners purchased at CVS for no reason you guys replaced so far so good i used it maybe 8 times keeping my fingers crossed though

Worked well for about a year. Caught fire warming up a cookie yesterday. Do not recommend.
