The color and style of the fridge was awesome! This was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient; unfortunately, it arrived damaged with a dent in the side. Since it was a gift and the dent was on side, my brother did not want to tell me so was going to keep the fridge. But then it did not work - it was not cooling the items in the fridge and the freezer seal was not tight. We contacted Best Buy and was instructed to take the fridge to UPS Store or a Best Buy location. We took to Best Buy and was not fully refunded. After contacting customer service they adjusted the difference in tax but not the shipping charges. Very disappointing experience.

I’ve only been using it for a month . So far so good. I love the look. Time will tell

Love the look of this refrigerator! We replaced an old fridge with this new energy efficient product and have noticed a huge different in our camp trailer. Has plenty of storage and the lighting is great.

I got my refrigerator with a big scratch, I tried to call costumer service but They never got back to me.

Returned item due to 7" slash along the side. Insulation visible and totally not something I'd want to keep. I'm stunned it was shipped in this condition. Furthermore, I was not able to inspect item after it arrived. There was no damage to the shipping container, but it would have been nice to look at it in case there was a problem, which there was. So, I returned it (still waiting for my refund). Found same on Amazon for $200 less. The most successful phase of the whole experience was the rapid appearance of a UPS person to haul it away. Epic appliance fail for BB. Will never be back.

Doing a kitchen remodel and needed a refrigerator for a few months while waiting for the full size unit. Wow is this a great fridge. Even cooling at all settings and love that the freezer is self defrosting. The smaller cubic feet are not and it makes a big difference. It's going to be hard to part with. Perfect for a cabin or smaller home.

The refrigerator is a great, I should have gotten the next size up but this one is fine. The look is what was wanted. This one is the party refrigerator in addition to my existing refrigerator. Only gripe was the delivery service. Didn’t show up the 2 scheduled delivery dates. Third time they said they would call 30-60 minutes ahead of time so I could have some workers ready to bring it up the stairs. Never did and they just dropped it in the driveway and left.

Bought this for my husband slapped a big Ohio State Magnet on the front and he was sold. Said he may be spending more time in the garage where it sits. Great for overflow.

Great extra refrigerator/freezer in the rec room for overflow items. Delivery was exceptional. The delivery team was very careful unpacking and placing the refrigerator in the right spot. We had had it now for 6 weeks- no problems at all. Will report back after 6 months.

Using as a beverage refrigerator and it works great! Nice looking! A plus in our shop!

LOVE my fridge! LOVE the two men who delivered it!! They hauled my old one out to the curb for me. They helped me unwrap and set up my new fridge! It's adorable and in perfect condition, I couldn't be happier! It keeps fridgy stuff frigid and frozen stuff frozen and it's just fun to look at!

I bought this fridge in July of 2021 to put in my office. I don't go much to the office so I really don't use the fridge much. I only keep drinks like juice and water for clients. I open the fridge maybe once or twice a week. On December 2022 the fridge stop working completely. I contacted Galanz warrantee department and was told that the fridge only has 1 year warrantee and they they could not help me. I ask for a supervisor and his answer was the same. He recommended to hire a technician to fix it out of pocket. 0 customer service o concerns with their customer. The product is expensive and a waste of money. DO NOT BUY!

I got my Galanz No frost fridge almost a year ago. Unfortunately it has frozen up 3 times and we lost a good deal of food. I tried to get a refund but the hoops you have to go through to get your money back is unacceptable. Love the color. Wish the fridge worked. My HVAC friend said they are made to break.
